I had a pleasant three night stay while attending a family event. I asked for a ground floor room but got a 2nd floor room instead which was fine. I needed additional items and housekeeping promptly provided them. Thank you. My second floor room was relatively clean and the microwave, refrigerator and coffeemaker all worked. The complimentary breakfast was good...

The "gym" did not have a single working machine. The breakfast is sub par even for a hotel breakfast. In general just stay away, the carpet is gross and everything looks like it was shoddily repaired if any and all repairs were done.

We reserved a king suite that was advertised as having a jacuzzi/hot tub. It did not have one. The sofa sleeper was horrible for our son. He wound up putting it back up and just sleeping on the sofa itself. The mattress on the bed was hard as a rock. I hurt all over when I got up the next...

Me and my son stayed here for one night and I cannot tell you how much the place varies from the website. Room very old, dirty towels, air kept shutting off and below average. I would not book this again and was very disappointed

My wife and I were on our Babymoon. She saw a small roach run across the bed. I went to the front desk to exchange rooms....there were no more Jacuzzi rooms available....we toldwere told we could have the room at a discount rate of $45...when i went back to the room....my wife found another roach crawling down from the ceiling....

The room is clean but dated and HOT! The AC was off so it was about 90+ walking into the room. Several hours later, it's still too hot to sleep. The pool is small and didn't have a family friendly crowd. The other posts did not mention that this was a motel with all outdoor access (not indoor room access)....

They advertise on their marque outside "Voted best hotel" but that was a year or more removed. Beds were comfortable. I had to spray bug spray myself at door to keep more out. Had to get them to service the room when no one showing up...when they did they only emptied the trash and made bed...in other words minimum service....

We called and booked this hotel over a month ago, we reserved for two nights but the night before we were to come to statesboro we realized we couldn't make it down for the first night. My hubby called them Saturday night and asked if we could drop the first night and keep the second night, they were very nice...

The pictures don't tell the whole story. The hotel looks nice in the pictures but it is very run down and cheap looking. We killed a roach that was crawling across the desk as soon as we walked in. It stunk so bad I had to sleep with my face down in my shirt. We had booked for 3 nights...

Have stayed here three years in a row now and the quality of service seems to be slipping away. The rooms are still clean and comfortable. However, having ten rooms for our group reserved four months in advance with all, or three rooms minimum on the ground floor due to some health issues and finding them all on the second...
