We stayed for 2 days over 2014 Thanksgiving and the room was great with a wonderful breakfast in the morning. Inn is in the heart of St. Simons village being walking distance to most shops and restaurants. Best part of the Inn is the bar where JR runs a very hospitable lounge. Whenever we are back to the island this...

As usual, the Village Inn & Pub provided a pleasant experience during my stay last week. My wife & I like staying here because of the location. But more importantly the staff here is very attentive to their guests and the accommodations are far superior to any other lodgings on SSI. The rooms are immaculate and comfortable.

We spent three days here in this magical place nestled under the towering oaks all dressed in Spanish moss. Our "standard" room was better than most deluxe accommodations offered elsewhere. It was immaculate. Small but very cozy, clean, and comfortable. A bit like home. The Pub is a great little place. On cold evenings thay have a real fire going...

My wife and I stayed at the Village Inn and Pub for 3 nights just before Thanksgiving and were absolutely thrilled with our experience ! The location -- close to "downtown" and many wonderful restaurants, the terrific ambience of the Inn with the moss-draped trees and pool in the courtyard, and the more than ample Continental breakfast included in the...

We spent Friday night in the Village Retreat and Saturday night in the Village Inn and Pub. Both nights were wonderful. The hospitality was gracious and friendly. The accommodations were immaculate and comfortable. It is a beautiful place, and is a perfect location for exploring the island. We enjoyed cycling on the bicycle-friendly island. Our second evening was spent in...

We visited the Inn for two days in the beginning of Nov. with 22 total people. The rooms and service were excellent. Great location, you can walk to the old town area of St Simons where there are lots of shops, good restaurants and historic places. It was a lot of fun for the group to get together at the...

This little ecologically friendly Inn was just perfect -- 28 rooms, charming mahogany Pub bar from Europe, small lobby with leather chairs & stone fireplace. The rooms are all historically named and although small (except for the King Deluxe) -- they are more than adequate. I moved from the King to a double overlooking the pool courtyard so I could...

I've stayed at the Village Inn and Pub in the past, and while my room was very small, I enjoyed it there. It's a beautiful place to be -- and to look at -- with a cute, small pool, a decent continental breakfast, good coffee, and it's reasonably priced. It's also next to the SSI village, near the pier and...

A charming place to stay. We were only there for an overnight and wished it had been longer. Rooms lovely, location perfect to walk the pier and the small shopping area. Lots of restaurants with in walking distance.
