We spent two nights at the James Madison Inn. The location was good. The room was large and extremely comfortable, with two sinks in the bathroom. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. On the first night our t.v. was not working and we were very quickly offered another room. Our only criticism would be that the walls between rooms...

This is a beautiful inn! Elegant decor and antiques but full of interesting modern art which adds a contemporary feel. We stayed in 208, a king bed with daybed. It has the most comfortable bed and bedding! There is a little porch for each room - the park view would be nice as long as you are on the second...

The James Madison Inn in Madison, GA is a real treasure. The seventeen luxury king rooms are furnished with antique reproductions, and have an electronic fireplace, sitting area, and large bathroom with twin vanities and a rain shower. My family spent two nights at the Inn in March when we attended a joint birthday celebration. My wife and I had a...

Madison is quite beautiful. The James Madison Inn is a wonderful place to stay and it is right in the heart of Madison. We stayed in a market side suite. The room is wonderful, the sheets are amazing. Living room, kitchenette, 1 1/2 bath, and a spacious bedroom. The staff is very friendly. The building is old but has been...

Plus points: Location is excellentt. The rest is unfortunately only just OK. The room is poorly noise insulated. We could hear conversation from next door and an argument from above. We did tell the reception person but she did not seem to care much. Breakfast was not great either.

James Madison is a lovely boutique hotel in historic downtown Madison, GA. The room was spacious with a comfy bed, sitting area and fireplace. The perfect place for a get away for a night or weekend to destress, relax, and reconnect.

My friend and I stayed the the James Madison Inn for a girls weekend and it was a fantastic experience. The rooms are lovely with fireplaces and a small porch/deck outside. We walked to the spa, shopping and then Town 220 for dinner. It was perfect!

This was my second time doing a girls-weekend-getaway at the JMI. We love the amazing service there. The spa is so accommodating and well run, and the beds in the rooms are so comfortable that we hardly want to get out of them! Breakfast in the mornings is always fresh and delicious, and we can't say enough about the staff....

Have enjoyed the Madison on several occasions and always a delightful experience. Rooms are decorated with care and very comfortable, could not ask for more. Great buffet breakfast to get you started and for a fine dinner Town 220 is steps away. A lovely town to walk around with antique shops and scenic park across from the Inn. Wonderful confections...
