I've never written a review, but this inn & innkeeper are so special they should be recognized. The inn is not only beautiful, but VERY clean and well maintained..many beautiful details. The grounds & pool area are noteworthy, too. Cheryl, the innkeeper, is so personable you feel like u have known her all your life. She also is very helpful...

We made a quick getaway from Atlanta for a "babymoon" before the upcoming birth of our first child. Madison Oaks was perfect. The house is replete with historical charm, the grounds are peaceful and beautifully planted, and Cheryl's rib-sticking breakfast was a highlight. We'd do it again in a heart beat.

This home is elegant and lovely, but has all the amenities of nice baths and showers. The innkeepers are gracious and friendly. We spent lots of time at breakfast both mornings just visiting with them and other guests. The food was delicious. The pool is lovely and in a garden setting. We found it a wonderful, restful place to stay...

The Madison Oaks is a beautiful Southern mansion and a wonderful escape. I would definitely stay here in order to get the genuine Southern experience that Madison has to offer. If you wish to enjoy the home's interior ambience, it has two spacious and comfortable parlors in which to relax. It also has lovely surrounding lawns and a saline pool...

Innkeeper Cheryl was gracious, hospitable, warm and charming the whole weekend. The inn and gardens are beautiful and immaculately kept. Our room (Hannah) was gorgeous and spotless. The breakfasts were excellent and presented beautifully. Cheryl even gladly printed out two of her recipes for me to take home. We definitely hope to return to Madison and this inn -- maybe...

This is our second trip to Madison Oaks Inn, and it was even better the second go round! What a beautiful setting. Cheryl, the innkeeper, was extremely helpful and pleasant. The house is well-appointed and romantic. Food is awesome --Cheryl is a great cook. We spent our time at the pool, surrounded by pin oaks, stone walls, and mature hedges....

This was one of the most fun and romantic B&B's that we have stayed in. If you are looking for a romantic getaway and want to step back into the relaxed pace of the old south then Madison Oaks is for you. This property has beautiful expansive grounds and a drive canopied with trees. It's located within a half mile...

“Ask for a room with a private bath. A privacy screen is provided for the room with not private bath. It is not a big problem because all the other rooms have their own bathroom. There is a claw footed tub in that bath and in the room with two beds.”

“Only 4 rooms available - all are individually furnished and charming. See website for details.”

“You can't go wrong here. The Thomas Room had a queen bed, and I'm pretty sure the Hannah & Barons Rooms did too. The Sisters Room had 2 single beds. All had very nice en suite bathrooms except the Barons room, which had a privacy screen in the hallway between the adjacent doorways. The Thomas Room had a shower, the Barons & Sisters Rooms had claw-foot tubs, and I don't recall what the Hannah Room had, although that bathroom was the nicest of them all.”

“All the rooms are lovely but you may want to ask for a room with an attached bathroom if that is important to you. Our bathroom was outside the room but we felt perfectly comfortable with it.”

“I do not believe we had the most expensive room, though we had our own bath, so I do not believe you can go wrong with any room.”
