I wish we could have stayed more than one night in this beautiful house! The entire house is decorated with very tasteful period pieces (right down to the pillows!). The rooms are large, the bathrooms fixtures are all top grade. The beds were very comfortable and high (required a stool to get in!) There are only four rooms and that... More

A beautiful house stylishly furnished combined with a warm welcome and attention to detail (silk sheets, fluffy towels etc.) It is more expensive than a typical bland motel room but is worth every penny. Peaceful, relaxing setting yet only a 10 minute walk from downtown Madison (worth a wander around - historic centre and pretty houses). Coffee/tea left outside room first thing... More

The home was gorgeous and the experience was exceptional. We had the pleasure of meeting both the current and future owners. The soon-to-be owner (Eugene) couldn't have been more pleasant, and the breakfasts he prepared & served were spectacular. We stayed in the Thomas Room, but had the whole place to ourselves the first night & had a chance to... More

We were traveling the south, staying in B&B's and our stay here was the perfect culmination. Eugene, the new owner, was extremely accommodating and welcoming. And the place was lovely. It was everything we could have wanted for our southern experience with our Canadian family. They were enthralled by the beauty and grandeur of the place. It is a little... More

Madison Oaks is a beautiful property, set back from the street on several acres in a residential area. Beautiful interior and landscaped grounds. Our room was the Thomas room, which overlooked the tree-lined drive. It was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. We enjoyed the breakfast, the afternoon wine, and just relaxing on the porch or in the parlor. Cheryl is a... More

Great house. Wonderful setting. Cherly was a great host full of information on Madison and southern hospitality. We would recommend staying here. The town is with in walking distance where there are old buildings and a few restaurants and shops.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary in Madison. The Madison Oaks Inn is a lovely, romantic place to stay and get away. Cheryl, the Innkeeper was a delight and quite the chef! Feel like we made a great friend! Madison is a quaint little town with beautiful historic homes and wonderful little shops. We will absolutely visit again!

My husband and I stayed at Madison Oaks for a one-night-get-away during our recent Atlanta trip to visit family. The property is beautiful and extremely comfortable. Cheryl is amazing - a wealth of information and southern hospitality. We could not have asked for more! We will be back.

The rooms are large, the beds are good, the bathrooms spacious. Madison is worth a wander. Cheryl, the innkeeper and chef for breakfast was great. One can walk to the quaint downtown from the Inn. All in all you can't go wrong.

“Ask for a room with a private bath. A privacy screen is provided for the room with not private bath. It is not a big problem because all the other rooms have their own bathroom. There is a claw footed tub in that bath and in the room with two beds.”

“You can't go wrong here. The Thomas Room had a queen bed, and I'm pretty sure the Hannah & Barons Rooms did too. The Sisters Room had 2 single beds. All had very nice en suite bathrooms except the Barons room, which had a privacy screen in the hallway between the adjacent doorways. The Thomas Room had a shower, the Barons & Sisters Rooms had claw-foot tubs, and I don't recall what the Hannah Room had, although that bathroom was the nicest of them all.”

“All the rooms are lovely but you may want to ask for a room with an attached bathroom if that is important to you. Our bathroom was outside the room but we felt perfectly comfortable with it.”

“I do not believe we had the most expensive room, though we had our own bath, so I do not believe you can go wrong with any room.”
