This was our first visit to Chanticleer. My husband and I usually stay at the Bluff View Inn in Chattanooga. When we came to visit for the Chattanooga Christmas Dinner Train for our anniversary in December of 2016, the Bluff View was all booked up, so we looked around trip advisor and found Chanticleer Inn, which had so many good...

This was our first visit to Chanticleer and it won't be our last. As soon as we walked in the door we felt at home. Very warm atmosphere immediate puts you at ease. The style is French Country, which I love! We have stayed in numerous bed and breakfasts and I have to say Chanticleer is now on the top...

My husband and I were able to book a last minute reservation for New Year's Eve. This was our second visit to the Chanticleer and it was outstanding in every way. The owners are very dedicated to their guests and are extremely helpful with recommendations, dinner reservations, etc. The Inn is enchanting and quaint and is located directly across the...

For over ten years the Chanticleer Inn has been our destination when attending plays in Ashland, Oregon. Conveniently located to the theater area this lovely Craftsman Cottage provides a comfortable house with tastefully decorated rooms and a breakfast that surpasses any we have ever experienced. Ellen, the innkeeper, attracts interesting guests and serves delicious meals taken from the two cookbooks...

My fiance surprised me with our first trip to a bed and breakfast. We weren't sure what to expect, but the Chanticleer is exceptional. Our room was extremely cute, cozy, and charming all wrapped into one. The breakfast is delish! We loved the view. We could see everything and were close to Rock City. It was a romantic weekend!

Our second time to Chanticleer. Another excellent stay! Our unit was perfect - and included a fireplace. Breakfast well-prepared, and they accommodated our allergies. Hosts very welcoming and friendly. We purchased a package that included lights at Rock City - right across the street from the inn - a good addition to our visit.

One thing that we thought was very cool about this place (and a main reason we really wanted to stay here) was its location to Rock City!  We have wanted to see the Christmas lights at Rock City for several years, and after checking google maps, we saw that the Chanticleer was literally right next to the old tourist attraction!  That alone...

My husband surprised me with our 20th anniversary at the Chanticleer. It was so beautiful and cozy, I hope we get to come back another time. It is close to hiking trails and right across from the Christmas lights at Rock City, which were beautiful to see at night. Downtown Chattanooga is about 10 minutes away with so many great...

I reserved a block of 10 rooms here for my wedding in Dec of 2015. It's a year later and I'm still angry enough to write this review. It was recommended to my husband and myself from the kind folks at The Fairyland Club to reserve rooms at The Chanticleer for our wedding weekend, so we did. I signed a...

When we have a wedding group (or any group) blocking rooms we always have a signed contract with them. The contract explicitly states that they are required to have all the rooms. This also ensures that other guests that may be here for an Anniversary or romantic getaway do not get lost in the mix of a large group. The...

My wife and I had the best weekend! Our room was perfect - very cozy. Breakfast was delicious. I also enjoyed the cookies left out for an afternoon snack. The hosts are really friendly and helpful. We'll be back!
