I must begin this review by acknowledging Elizabeth! She was so pleasant and accommodating. She really made our check in and our checkout very easy. The hotel is very nice, the rooms were clean and comfy. We’ve become a fan of the walk-in showers and wish that all hotels start to implement them. We’re very pleased with our stay and that is why we gave a 5 star rating.

Stayed here one night, room was on the third floor across from the elevator. Check in was quick, the room is a bit awkward shaped but had a lot of space. Unfortunately the walls seem a bit thin as we heard neighbors on both sides, from midnight til early morning. You could hear them, over the sound of a fan that we had brought. Thankfully the beds were comfy so it wasn’t too difficult to get back to sleep once it was quiet again. Next morning, the breakfast was well stocked & tasted good. Overall it was a good experience, minus the noise from guests. I would recommend staying in rooms across from the elevators, you could hear the chime sound every time someone used it.

Recently I have travelled the country quite a bit and found that during these strange times most businesses use Covid19 as an opportunity to provide much less service. Latifah Frazier the General Manager has made no such concession. Instead of just a granola bar to start people's day off, she has assigned the dining area to a very sweet and professional employee named Mattie. Mattie wears her gloves and mask to ensure my safety. Items that I needed were carefully wrapped in plastic for my protection. Same is true throughout this clean hotel. Hand sanitizing stations are frequent. All employees wore their protective equipment despite the additional steps it takes them. There was not one aspect of this service oriented hotel that didn't exceed my expectations during this pandemic. Kudos to all of the staff at Fairfield Inn & Suites in Hinesville, GA for demonstrating that with the right crew, the right attitude and the right work ethic that they "care" for their customers. Thank you all for your extra efforts to protect me and my family during uncertain times. Always done with a smile. I booked a suite this past weekend for my mother so she could stay the weekend for a family event. The check-in was very smooth and the woman working the front desk was super helpful and friendly. My mother really enjoyed her room, the breakfast and her overall stay. Upon checkout there was a small issue with the room rate due to booking through a 3rd party but the manager was very professional and friendly is resolving the issue and so was the front desk person named Shy who I initially explained what happened and she quickly escalated it to the manager. I really appreciate the hospitality they showed my mom who is excited to come back.

Hotel was great. Comfortable, clean, and everyone was super nice.
I'd like to specifically call out the fantastic job that Antonio does in the breakfast area. This young man is completely on top of everything, making sure everything stays stocked, and doing it with a smile on his face. I've never been in a complimentary breakfast area that had things restocked or filled up immediately without being asked and he even anticipates your needs when he sees you standing arpound looking confused. Great work Antonio!

Excellent stay: quite location. The front desk person Jacolia was fabulous: what a wonderful nice person with a friendly disposition. She recognized us as Marriott members and we received water and snacks. The room was perfect: real curtains that allowed the room to be dark at night. The room was immaculate as well as the entire hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Outdoor patio area. There was a turtle pond on site and it was the coolest thing: 40 turtles (you can tell they get fed often from guest) nice patio area by the water. This hotel was just a wonderful place to stay. It sits back off the road so there was no road noise. There was an Applebee's in front of the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff at this hotel are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Even when they cannot answer a question or offer assistance, they make a point to keep notes and find answers later. Jamison was very helpful throughout my stay and was able to schedule a room for my next visit without difficulty. I appreciate all his assistance.

I stayed here for at 9 days and the leadership from the manager set a steong tone of a very welcoming environment. All of the staff we encountered were first class hospitality professionals. Ms. Chanprell at the front desk was very accommodating and solution oriented. Ms. Mattie's service at the breakfast lounge outstanding she made being away from home just a little less taxing with her hospitality especially while managing the area in the midst of COVID-19 precautions. Safety first great treatment second. I would highly recommend this hotel for any form of extended stay and suggest the corporation use it as a training location for onboarding and career development!

Went to stay with my family. Miss Elizabeth helped me to quickly fix a problem with my booking on a app and informed me that booking directly through the hotel itself is way cheaper for military members. The breakfast was great. Room was clean and Miss Elizabeth offered me a free cookie and let me know you can get a discount at applebee's right by the hotel with your hotel key card. It was perfect.

From the doors opening Alisa and Samira greeted us with a warm greeting making us feel like family. The rooms were tidy and sanitized and the service was punctual and handled with care.
