Good breakfast was served fresh and hot (carb free as needed). The staff was very accommodating. The bed was comfortable. Most of the electrical outlets in the room were tight and held my plugged-in equipment. Black out shades did not close completely, so I'll bring a binder clip next time.

Very nice stay. The exterior was clean, well maintained and well lit. The staff was efficient, the receptionist graciously corrected my mistake of reserving the wrong date without charging extra. The room was very clean and smelled so fresh. The bed was comfortable with lots of pillows, the bathroom was clean and well supplied with towels and necessities. Rates were reasonable. I would definitely recommend staying here.

I booked this room from my Wyndham app. It looked very nice and this pictures did not lie! Very nicely landscaped which was a plus for me. The inside was nice , clean and great smelling. It was decorated for Christmas which gave it a better vibe. The check in was nice and easy and I used my Wyndham perks for early check in and was no issue. The room was big , clean and great smelling. The staff was very nice and we had breakfast the next morning and was totally pleased . Sanitizer and gloves were available and the lady working made sure everyone wore their face covering. We stay at Wyndham hotels for reward points and I have to say this was one of the best we’ve stayed at. We will stay here everytime we go to Hinesville which will be a lot since our Daughter lives there now.

Be careful staying here. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire life at a hotel. Rooms are average, not worth the price, housekeeping only spot cleans, no extra towels or tissue, advertised amenities were not available and hotel property is dirty overall. The worst part by far was upon TRYING to checkout, the front desk employee used loud foul language towards me and threaten to physically harm me because they were short staffed and she didn’t have time to check me out! All I wanted was a receipt but she said she was busy stocking groceries so I’d have to just trust she’d do it later and call back for a receipt at another time! Management did absolutely nothing about this and I’m truly disgusted how I was treated there. NEVER AGAIN.

I’m sorry to say but this is the worst hotel I have ever been to. I feel robbed. Changed rooms three times because one the AC was broke, then it was actually someone else’s room and the last one was in horrible condition. I can’t believe what all happen to us. Please don’t stay here. Not if you have a family. I had to move them and our luggage up and down the elevated so many times. And then we ended up all piled into one kind size bed when we originally ordered a room with two queens. And I’ve been waiting over a month for a refund!

Stayed with husband and adult son while he recovered from surgery. Room and linens were clean, beds comfortable but linens may have been washed one too many times with bleach as it had wholes. Bathroom was also clean but had an odd smell, which may be the cleaning detergent. Internet service was great as I usually take several video calls throughout the day. TV was a bit small.

Television & telephone did not work in room 218. Reportedly hotel was completely booked & there was no other rooms available, and no spare or extra televisions to replace broken set. Telephone was also broken so we had to go downstairs to have any communication with staff. No reduction in cost of room was offered due to the inconvenience.

This property is in desperate need of a remodel. Nothing in my room worked, including outlets, many light fixtures, coffee maker, and my room door didn't close completely. Most importantly, the carpets, bed and furniture were dirty. Filthy dirty.

Very nice accommodations overall -- very minor issues like it took 5 minutes to get hot water in the shower, and the rear entrance was very dark and needs more lighting in the parking lot. I would have given a rave review had it not been for our second night's stay. The worst part was that we only got about 5 hours of sleep due to two dogs barking, howling, and scratching on the inside of their room door, for HOURS on end!!!!! I know the hotel doesn't have control over rude and selfish guests who used the hotel room as a dog kennel/ babysitting service, but...….. it was very unfortunate to put a damper on what was, otherwise, a really nice stay.
Sadly, I had to call down to the office several times to ask staff to call the lousy dog owners and ask them to come back to the hotel. Three whole hours of incessant barking and howling, (and scratching up the inside of their door), before the dog owners did anything. The staff did make calls to the terrible dog owners, but either they didn't care or ??? Then the inconsiderate guests took off again at 2:00am. More barking, howling, and scratching for another hour! More calls to the office. After 10 -15 minutes, I got dressed to go to the office and complain again. We almost got up at 2:30am and left. Never really fell back asleep after that. Don't ever allow those "guests" who used the room only for a kennel, to ever book one of your rooms again. Who knows? They probably left young children sleeping in the room too :(

Are dirty and the elevator smell like oil.
