Love camping here! We've camped here several times. You must book early though!! Great place for kids, pets, families of all ages, great for bike riding & boating. Lake Lanier is a beautiful place, especially when it's full pool. Connivence Store 2-3 miles in either direction, Kroger maybe 5 miles away.

I took my sister who is not a camper (she's a princess) to Bolding Mill. I made the reservation on-line for 4 nights on the recommendation of one of my quilting customers who told me that the Corps of Engineers parks in Georgia are magnificent. What a deal if you have a Golden Pass from the National Park Service. I...

There are signs that say no dogs but I bring my Pomeranians there and I haven't gotten in trouble yet. The swimming area is concrete instead of sand but on the other side there is a boat ramp. By water it is really close to the green bride (hwy. 53).

We stayed in a pop up camper, and really enjoyed the campground. It felt very safe and it was unreal how clean it was. If I had one negative, it would be putting some type of ventilation in the bath houses. It was steamy and hot, but they were clean. The lake was down, but we enjoyed launching kayaks from...

We brought our 32 foot RV here on a very hot weekend in June! Thankfully our site was on the water and had lots of shade! Be careful when booking as I would not advise any of the middle sites in the park as there is no privacy or shade. But the campground is very nice and well maintained. Staff...

The park attendants are friendly and always willing to accommodate they run this property with care like it was their own. Security is good, I feel safe even when I camp in our RV alone. Lots are spacious and not on top of each other, with plenty of views of the lake. Camping sites are throughly examined after departure and...

This campgrounds is wonderfully clean and well kept. Lots are large and well maintained most are partially shaded. While we were there, we saw the groundskeepers out mowing and blowing actually doing maintenance. TWO dump stations instead of one so quicker leaving. For those interested in trying to fish from the banks, this lot #92 is probably NOT the one...

Bolding Mill, like its sister Duckett's Mill, is a gem. Large, shady, level, camp sites many with great lake views and access. Bolding has been chosen by the Corp to stay open year round. Camping in the winter usually affords a little more seclusion as many folks hang it up until the Spring.

confused our reservation, bathrooms to far away, not good water views or access, ranger very grumpy. Arrived at dinner time got no help, wandered around and still no help finding a spot to replace the one she(crazy check in lady) gave to someone else. had a reservation for weeks but she didn't seem to care. The sites were not clearly...

We recently camped here and had a great time! The camp ground is well maintained, the bathrooms are VERY clean. It's right on Lake Lanier with an area to swim. The roads are wide and camp sites are big rig friendly. We camped here with our 30' travel trailer.
