Overall was a good experience for novice tent campers. Hostess was very helpful in making our stay a good one. Two thing kept me from giving at least 4 stars: WiFi did not work for us, maybe location maybe?????: I'm assuming that when the fire pit is cleaned out the ashes etc are scattered around and worked into the sand....

The Wi-Fi is available on all sites, if it was not working you should have brought it to a staff members attention and one of us would have been glad to get you connected. Ash from the fire pit is never spread onto any sites, what you are referring to is South GA sand that is what the soil is...

This is a nice park. Right across from Okefenokee Wildlife Refuge. The owners are friendly and very accommodating of your needs. It's an older park, but they are continuing to make improvements on the infrastructure and RV sites. They even made improvements to my site as we were there to make sure I could get satellite. It has a nice...

Me and my wife stayed in one of the deluxe cabins here for our one year anniversary. It was amazing, the other reviews/pictures are very accurate. This place is great and we had an wonderful time. Upon check-in you get a cookie, and a wonderfully filled little cabin. The cabin is very small but was a perfect space for us...

We stood at camp site Palmetto for one night. really nice place with trees around, so you have some privacy. Clean and hot showers. Pastimes located on side of road, not too busy but at night you can hear every car. Lots of dogs from next door farms couldn't stop barking till midnight. At 7 am we left for our...

Management response:

Thanks for the review, the dogs can sometimes be noisy it is usually because something new is running through their farm, we apologize for any inconvenience they may have caused.

Directly across the street from Okefenokee Swamp Park. Cabins are super clean and have all the basics you'll need. They have a small store on site to get some essentials. There is a short trail on site that leads to a fish pond. They even have fish food so you can feed the fish. The owners are great and made...

The owners are very nice and put us in an even better campsite than the one we reserved. The bathroom facilities have been recently renovated and are the nicest I have ever seen for a campsite. They are also working on building another bath house closer to the tent sites. All of the camping sites have a picnic table and...

Arrived late and the new owners were waiting when we pulled up, Great people. They even let us borrow a life jacket for a three day canoe trip. Cabin was small but neat as a pin. Great location for Okefenokee trips. The cookies were the best part!

We recently stayed at a basic cabin here and it was great. Everything worked out wonderfully. The location is perfect being right across from the eastern entrance of the Okefenokee Swamp and close to Okefenokee Adventures. The cabin was basic but certainly adequate. We brought our sleeping bags, cooler & food. The bathroom was close by and very clean. This...

Owners are excellent people, salt of the earth. Accommodating, knowledgeable and hardworking. This campground is well kept. The bath and restroom facilities are clean and comfortable. Best access to the eastern portal of the Okeefenokee NWR. Rates are fair and reasonable. WiFI was strong. Water was good. We return often. Our campground of choice when we are doing the Okeefenokee.

We just got back from a wonderful stay at Okefenookee Pastimes. We stayed in one of the deluxe cabins because, well, we got over going outside to the bathroom when we quit camping in tents. The deluxe cabin is tiny; more like staying in an RV than a full hotel room, but it was clean, well appointed, the beds were...
