The clerk had zero personallity and not very helpful. The hotel needs updating. It's a maze to find your room. Not up to Holiday Inn Express Standards. Next time I'll try Peachtree city location or another hotel. Just not impressed.More

To judge from our room (205), this HIE needs an overhaul. Two of the three doors leading into the second floor hallway had their keycard access blocked with duct tape.
