JoAnne and Mono were so nice!! Felt relaxed as soon as we got there. Mono's cooking was delicious. The house is early 1900s and so well kept up - beautiful step back into history. The balcony room was perfect with the cooler fall weather - got up early to enjoy coffee outside and relax after hiking in the afternoon. The...

We arrived yesterday and viewed our B & B at first from the gorgeous front of a home from another time and place-a place of peace and plenty, homes built for beauty as much as incredible livability. We felt like we moving into the White House without a security team, but with American charm that is unsurpassed. The breakfasts, the...

We hosted a 90th surprise party for my mother-in-law on Saturday, 9/17. JoAnn Simms and Mono Cruz went above and beyond to make this event impeccable. Every detail from table linens, to flowers, to music, to emergencies was handled with ease. We had hired a caterer to handle food and she fell and was hospitalized. Mono said he would cater...

We came across this delightful inn when we needed a place to stay on our way from Atlanta to Hilton Head, S.C. Turns out Dublin is at the half-way mark (also for Savannah). We were dismayed to see nothing but boxy generic chains listed for hotels there, but then I noticed a separate listing for Bed & Breakfasts. Page House...

The most charming B&B I have stayed in!! Booked a room because I was going to a concert in Dublin. Could not have made a better choice. This home has such character and Victorian furnishings. The guest rooms were beautiful, clean and tastefully decorated. The dining room is also lovely. We were thrilled with the breakfast options which were cooked...

The new owners are doing an amazing job with this beautiful house. The bathroom was great: good water pressure and great lighting. The bed was super comfortable. I had to force myself to get up so I could enjoy the delicious, fresh breakfast. It was totally worth it. The Georgia Peach meal is a must have breakfast. The service was...

We were in Dublin for a wedding and the Page House was a step back in Georgia history. The new owners are holding to the history of the house. Very comfortable beds, clean and comfortable baths and the breakfast is traditional southern. We had a wonderful weekend and hope to return soon.

Kudos to new owner, JoAnn Simms. The bed and breakfast has been transformed into a wonderfully run hotel that is warm, friendly, charming, filled with beautiful antiques. Monolito and JoAnn have done so much work on the old beauty, that the Page House is shining brightly. The rooms have been updated, the overgrown exterior is manicured, and the breakfast is...

Beautiful bed and breakfast in quaint middle Georgia city. Very nice innkeeper, lovely rooms, great breakfast and all at a very reasonable price. Parking very good and off street. Location close to center city, easy for nice swank into town.

My wife and I were in five-day you for the Vidalia onion festival on Saturday and decided to stay close, so we thought we would give the Page house a try. The owners of the end were gracious, and they made us feel at home while serving us wonderful breakfast on Sunday. The Page house is full of history, and...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
In 1903, T.L. Griner began construction of an 11-room, 7,000 sq. ft. Classic Greek Revival home that was often described as one of the grandest homes south of Atlanta. It consisted of Tiffany-style stained-glass windows, the only private home in this area of the state with a ballroom, 12-foot ceilings, interior Ionic columns, and picture moldings sealed with silver then brushed with gold, and much more. In 1904, J.D. Smith, a local lawyer and businessman, purchased the residence for $11,000.00. He lived here with his family until selling it to Dr. J.M. Page in 1905. Dr. Page's family consisted of his wife, two daughters and four sons. He was a "horse and buggy" doctor, making his rounds through the countryside visiting the sick. The home remained in family use until 1965 when, over the years, it served as a church, residential property, funeral home, and corporate offices. As Page House approached its 95th birthday, the stately old landmark began a new life when Kelly and Janice Canady acquired the property in June of 1998. Dedicated preservationist and hands-on owners, the Canadys enhanced the beauty of the classic exterior and interior with an authentic restoration. Today, Innkeepers JoAnn Simms and Monolito Cruz welcome weary travelers with luxurious accommodations, exquisite breakfasts, and true Southern Hospitality.
