We recently wanted a weekend getaway and chose the Dahlonega Spa and Resort (after some online research). It is close to Atlanta (less than 1.5 hour drive) and located near the city of Dahlonega. The property is lovely. The main building sits commandingly on a hilltop overlooking the 70 plus acres of rolling land, woods and a small lake. There...

My honey and I decided to get away for the Valentine's weekend and picked this place because of positive reviews and recommendations. We loved it! The whole resort is beautiful and had magnificent views of the mountains! We stayed in one of the cabins and it was very cozy! Simply decorated with traditional furnishings and peaceful "at home" fill. The...

We went up to Dahlonega for a couple of nights to ring in the new year with some R&R. We stayed in the cottage suite, and were very pleased. It was spacious and clean. Comfortably beds. The service was the best I've experience, the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable. The views around the property are...

My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights. We found a deal on Groupon and were looking for a few days get away. The area here is gorgeous, rolling hills, trees, mountain views, quite, all seen by sitting on the front porch. The service was great from working with us when we screwed up our groupon purchase all the...

First the good. Staff is very attentive especially Gabrielle. Scenery is great and the hiking trail on property is nice. Coffee was almost always available. Breakfast was very good, more on that though in the 'bad'. The bad or not so good. We stayed in the main house room 6. Room is very small with only one chair and a...

My wife and I just spent three days at the relaxing Dahlonega Spa Resort. We stayed in a cabin with our dog which was perfect for us. All of the staff are so friendly and accommodating. Being both vegan, we were concerned about the food but it was all delicious and beautifully presented. The spa treatments were great and we...

What a wonderful and relaxing place to stay in the North Georgia mountains. Less than 10 miles out of Dahlonega and near several wineries. The included breakfast is wonderful. Dinner is also available for those who care to eat in. The staff makes you feel right at home.

Such a great place with beautiful views and quiet surroundings. Excellent customer service! Our group reserved the suite inside the Cottage. The air conditioner was not working properly in the suite but the staff responded quickly to correct the problem; and even gave us complimentary access to two other rooms in the Cottage as compensation. Two of us booked massages...the...
