Providing the highest level of hospitality is our number one priority and we sincerely apologize for falling short of meeting your expectations. As a teachable moment, we have shared your feedback with the appropriate hotel team to ensure the necessary guidelines are in place to prevent and explain to our guest that reservations need to be reserved and guaranteed prior to the cutoff date and yes the group competiton does happen every year and we are appreciative for the business but we have a 24 hour cancellation policy and at 2pm we cannot let everyone check out when the due date was the next day and for this we apologize. We always inform the group contact of all the policies and it's agreed upon but we will ensure that they inform every guest that is within there group going forward, because if a Team loses in the competition this is where the issues always occur and we would like to prevent this from occurring in the future so eveyone is satisfied. We enjoy taking care of the guest and we have already booked several teams for next year and again we will do our very best for all involved to communicate. Check in was smooth. Indoor pool was kind of chilly but it was nice to have. First room had a bug in the bed. Wasn’t sure if it came from outside or not but the front desk staff moved us quickly without hesitation.

Most credit card companies require a card holder to be at least 18 years of age. I am not sure about Visa and MasterCard debit cards - that would be under the bank's agreement with the cardholder. Most states also have legal requirements in order to make a binding contract. If a hotel allows underage residents to rent the room, that contract may be void, voidable or prohibited.by state law.
