We just enjoyed our 18th family reunion at Ruby's Inn! As usual, it was an awesome event! Our family enjoyed using the conference room for our family gatherings for games, "Name That Tune', crafts, etc We also had fun swimming and hiking in Bryce Canyon. . Now we are left with happy memories!

A top flight hotel. I would not consider any other hotels on my return to the area. The physical facility, the personnel, the food, the room were all excellent. It's convenient to Bryce Canyon. Deserving of 4 Stars

My travel agent already warned me that this hotel could be considered a "tourist trap" and he was right; there was nothing special about the hotel, my room was clean, the furniture was old but in good condition and the staff was friendly. Can't say anything about the food at the restaurant which is served in the evening, since there...

Rubys is the only game in town so in early Spring, just know you need to bring your own provisions or get stuck paying high prices in the market, or restaurant. Only 1 open food choice and the crowds were not happy. Long waits, average grub. On the other hand, the room was quiet, clean and the people really friendly....

We were very excited to get to the hotel after a long day. The staff was welcoming and the room was nice. The only concern we had was that the state of the bathroom was unsatisfactory. We told the people at the front desk and after apologizing numerous times, they said a work order was placed with their staff. The...

Our family loved this hotel! Right by Bryce Canyon so we could view the sunrise early in the morning. We enjoyed the complete ambiance of this hotel and the western atmosphere. There are lots of little shops down the hall to your room to window shop in. The only unfortunate thing about this hotel was there was no breakfast, so...

My wife and I enjoyed the room when we could get the door lock to open. The key was not the problem. It was the lock on the door. The bathroom ceiling leaked. The hot tub was great until we noticed our black swim suits were bleached gray from too much chlorine in the water. Each time we came back...

My first time staying in a resort-like hotel with all the amenities. Kind of strange since I normally am happier camping but the nights were well below freezing and there is an indoor pool I took advantage of. Spacious, clean room with comfortable bed. Breakfast not included but the room price was reasonable. Made my own coffee and oatmeal. There...

We were greeted by a front desk supervisor and it was obvious he really cared about setting us up for the night. We had left a previous location due to canceling a tour and headed to Bryce. We picked this place for the looks and turns out the service. Good food, comfortable accommodations, great little store. The supervisor helped us...

This is a wonderful experience at one of the oldest travel lodges in and around the national parks of Utah. The rooms in the main lodge are large, clean and well maintained. The amenities in the room are in excellent working order and very clean. The indoor/outdoor pools are very clean and the enclosure for the indoor pool insures that...
