I am thoroughly disappointed in Palm Park. They promise free wifi, but the wifi is unusable. The laundry is exceedingly expensive. I was supposed to get water in my room, but when I arrived I was parched and left high and dry. The kicker, however, is that every wednesday the room keys expire and have to be renewed. This happens... More

The facilities are beautiful and the staff ultra friendly. Really a great pleasure and experience. They have conference facilities, for the national and international business person or company there i no need to leave the premises to have a state of the art interaction with your clients.

A new looking hotel from the road with a great restaurant and reception area. The staff were staff and attentive. The parking seems safe as I was towing a trailer with loads of kit on it. The breakfast which is included in the price is good, the price however is quite steep. The rooms are rather small for a hotel... More

This is a new hotel that is well located just off the main road. The hotel is fairly new and the rooms are huge with fantastic amenities. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants in a safe & secure location. The staff were super efficient and friendly. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is passing through town.

With all the construction work happening in Lephalale, this hotel serves as a friendly meeting place for the various contractors. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The fact that the restaurants Ocean Basket and Cappucino's are located on site is a great diversion form the standard hotel dining room. Take care to get a room that does not face... More

Felt like an oasis in the desert after we returned from Makgadigadi Pans in Botswana! The Cappuccinos restaurant was awesome and the rooms spacious snd clean! Nice hot shower and a meal was a perfect end to our Bundu bashing in Botswana! Well done to the staff and team!

The revamped Palm Park Hotel is well positioned, with easy access to the surrounding area. The rooms are spacious and have a really decent - sized shower. The coffee making facilities were great. There are two on site restaurants, Cappuccinos and Ocean Basket - very convenient

We decided to change our last stop in Botswana to Kubu Island in the Makhadigadi pans and had a long stretch back to Pretoria. We arrived in Lephalale at 18:00 and stayed over at the Palm Park hotel. Good size clean comfortable rooms and they added a third bed for my daughter. Dinner at the Cappuccinos restaurant was great. Breakfast... More
