Our room was very modern rustic and the staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay! Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the hotel is close to town. Our room was ready upon arrival, and made ourselves right at home.

We booked for a last minute overnight. Cute hotel and good price. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Definitely not a 5 star resort, but we were happy for a quick overnight.

Decided to do a quick over night trip to the mountains. This was a great, quiet hotel. The decor is great, and has the mountain cabin feel. We found the room to be very clean. I cannot say enough about the friendliness of the staff. I had a great conversation with both the

This property has a cabin, homey vibe. The stairway leading upstairs is very narrow (no elevator). 2nd floor hallway is also a little narrow & floor very creaky (but that kinda added to the charm of the place.) Room was very clean. Location quiet & off the busy road.

Hello. We serve a basic continental breakfast here at the Reid Ridge Lodge, which consists of muffins, bagels, waffles (L'ego Eggo), cereals, oatmeal, grits, yogurt, fresh fruit, milk, apple/orange juices, plus we always have coffee. We like to keep our breakfast light, as we choose to support our local businesses. So, if you're looking for something a little more substantial than what we offer, we can highly recommend several local (and really good) establishments, to satisfy your breakfast needs.

Reid Ridge Lodge is less than 5 minutes driving distance to down town Blue Ridge. It would not (in my opinion) be a safe walk, as you would have to go on the highway.

is there somewhere close to get a full breakfast?
Liz D, Yes there are several choices nearby for a full breakfast. The closest place is Bumblebee Cafe which is about 1/2 a mile from the Lodge. There are also several options in the downtown area which is about 2 miles away.

"we stayed on first floor"
"Try for a back corner room upstairs, to avoid some noise at least"
"second floor away from front desk"
"A room on the side facing south would have better views of the mountains."
"Rooms on the 2nd floor gives you more privacy, but note that there is no elevator."
