On arriving at Stony Creek Bush Camp we were a bit concerned that we had not made a good choice. It looked very dry and dusty and was at the end of a dirt road. However Wayne made us very welcome and we were able to choose any site we liked and found two very shady spots. Power and water...

Small, peaceful park. Sites well spaced. Just find one to suit you. Plenty of trees. Lots of birds. On the creek. Meals available--- good quality, reasonably priced, basic food. Out of town a bit, worth the drive. Facilities basic but clean. Plenty of hot water in showers.

My daughter arrived at Stoney Creek Bush Camp with a tour group. When she arrived, she was very sick with the flu and a bronchial infection and her accommodations were to sleep outside during the night with her tour group. Wayne and Kelly, the owners, provided a room for her with a bed, heat, extra blankets, and a tea pot...

I am not sure how to measure place like Stony creek. It's cute, it's cheap, it's friendly the sites are big and you can choose yours. Amenities are clean with really hot water. Moreover you can order amazingly tasty meal and it will be delivered to your van doors. We stayed here 2 nights ordered 4 different dishes and the...

We, as part of our caravan club, have recently returned from spending several days at Stony Creek Bush Park. A beautiful setting, the creek was flowing, hosts Kellie and Wayne who were very friendly and bent over backwards to make sure we were happy, and variable, but quite reasonable weather! The facilities were as you would expect in a bush...

Quiet and relaxing location. A real park feel with lots of tree. It was cold and raining when we were there which was dissapointing because we ciuld have had a camo fire. Wood can be bought for $15 a barrow load. Reasonable camo kitchen . Rustib toilets but clean. Individual showers. Would like to go back in fine weather.

I come through to Stony Creek Bush Camp on a monthly basis with my job and it's never disappointed me. Wayne and Kellie are sensational hosts who have put in a tremendous amount of work to develop a range of facilities including clean and country styled toilet and shower blocks, a well resourced camp kitchen, overnight rooms and much more....

We stayed here about 8 years ago along with4 other couples travelling various ways. It was so quiet, peaceful and so undeveloped. Now it's still nice, but it was really full last night-I'd say around 50 sites powered and unpowered. It's been roped off and layed out as the power has gone in to cater for more visitors and I...

We enjoyed a very relaxing four days at Stony Creek Bush Camp just out of Wilmington South Australia, the gateway to the Flinders Ranges. We loved so much about this place: The peacefulness of the location (away from the main road), the birds, the beautiful gums and the creek (dry when we were there and for most of the year...
