What a sweet place to stay. The staff were friendly, the place was clean and there was so much charm. The rooms are spacious. We loved having a balcony with a table and seating that looked out onto the main drag. Breakfast consisted of croissants...More
We came in on Amtrak for an over night stay in Winter Park. The hotel was located close to the tracks and was an easy walk to get to. The place is an old hotel with all the uniqueness of non chain hotels. It was...More
This small boutique hotel offered us excellent service and catered to our every need. Since parking is tight in Winter Park, they offer valet service, which was very convenient. The valet attendants were quick in retrieving the cars and very friendly and polite. They bring...More
A hotel experience like no other as this is a very unique property. Take a step back in time and relax. You are very pampered here as it is a small hotel and they cater to guests as if you are their only guest. Beautiful...More
Amazing, cute historic boutique hotel in an adorable little area. Only downside is that it's a very old hotel, so you will not have tons of modern amenities like a large flatscreen, tons of outlets etc. But highly highly recommended! Service was an A++++++More

The Park Plaza Hotel, built in 1922, on the famous Park Avenue in the old downtown Winter Park, is a unique and intimate vintage boutique hotel. Personal service and genuine hospitality is the tradition of …Morethe 28 room Park Plaza Hotel. Stay in a cozy one-of-a-kind room full of antiques with an elegant balcony garden overflowing with ferns, potted plants and brightly colored flowers. Situated on the corner of Park Avenue and New England street and overlooking a Rose Garden in the Park, the location is home to some of the best shopping often described as "The Rodeo Drive of the East." The Hotel does not have a separate restaurant. You might be thinking of Park Plaza Gardens next door, but they have separate owners, and have been closed for almost a year. On a separate note, we serve a small Continental Breakfast up to your room as part of your stay. Hot Coffee of Tea, Orange Juice and nice warm Croissant with butter and jam!
