If you have no issues you will be fine and enjoy the place. Most all the good reviews are from this. The bad reviews are because something goes wrong and the site has a terrible manager on staff and very few other workers. The place used to be good and has been quickly heading down hill which the reviews clearly show.
I will also say make sure to take pictures of when you get there and when you leave. This saved us a lot of money. We had major issues with the manager and because of how inappropriate the manager acted we felt it important to video both of the rooms we had before leaving. A few days after getting home our timeshare called us and informed us that the manager had called them and claimed we had taken an item, peed on one of the couch cushions and broke a chair. Had pictures upon arrival that showed there was no couch cover when we got there. The couch pillows we never used as we had it pulled out as a bed the entire time we were there with the cushions stacked over to the side. They were right about 1 thing... the chair was broke... when we arrived. If you check the reviews here there are like 4-5 of people mentioning broken chairs and even showing pictures (specifically chairs go figure). We submitted the videos to our timeshare (as a bonus you can even hear me say in the video when someone asked "just taping it because this place is pretty low life and would probably make false claims". In the end the timeshare realized we left both units in excellent condition with all dishes cleaned and all sheets in washer as we have done in every unit we have ever rented. This was about the 10th or so resort we used our timeshare and until now had never had a single issue and have always been impressed. Our timeshare said they are dropping their contract after it ends with this resort due to the number of complaints lately.
I wish you the best of luck and I am sure if nothing goes wrong you will be happy and maybe even unsure why others complain. If something does go wrong good luck you will need it and you will quickly understand the complaints.
