This was my first time staying here. Room is ok, a bit on the dark side, poor lighting, and more of a motel than a hotel. There is a small refrigerator, microwave and single serve coffee maker. The shower is a small shower only, with a very small curtain. Room & bathroom do need some up dating/work. Just seems a...

We stayed here for a weekend campus tour of FSU. We walked behind the motel and were on the campus. We followed FSU's self-guided walking tour and began at Stop 8 since that's where the motel was situated. There is no laundry facility at the motel, which was inconvenient. The free wi-fi was slow, but it worked. We stayed in...

My friend and I stayed here for the weekend while we visited some friends on campus. It is a 5 minute walk from Landis, Southgate, and the Sweet Shop. Perfect if you're visiting friends. It is right across from the strip (the bars), however we didn't run into any noise problems or anything like that. Don't let the other reviews...

After reading so many negative reviews here I had doubt but it's a clean, nice little inn and very convenient location. It seems bathroom has been resurfaced and sink/showers were clean. They charge half of holiday inn and Hampton so what they offered met the expectations ( that is one car parking, walking distance from university campus , clean room)....

Apart from bad reviews I read, It is definitely not as bad as people make it sound. We stayed there for one of the football game weekend. The hotel is walking distance from FSU campus (which was great). I was impressed by all of the staff within the hotel. Overall it was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and...

I swear I'm not a whiners but this place was terrifying. By far the best part of this hotel was the front desk employee. From there it was like the hindinberg. The short version is that the room was awful. So awful I said there is no way I am sleeping under the covers. My son responds that we have...

I stayed there last week, Aug 20 -24, 2014. An absolute and complete dump. Bugs, filth, stained towels, square tv, a putrid orange smell in the room clearly masking other odors, polyester bedspreads and pillows, poor lighting, disgusting shower..but hey..great location and easy access to the campus. It's appalling that they can charge $200 bones for a room on parents...

The only reason to stay here is that the Hotel is very close to the University campus. Otherways there are many other better solutions close to the city center. Anyway, rooms are quite large, clean and the price is on the average.
