My husband and I stayed here during our spring break in unit 306. The unit was just like the pictures. The view was amazing as was the sound of the waves. A review on another site mentioned that you couldn't hear the waves due to the air conditioners next door -- but we had no trouble at all. Perhaps the...

Beautiful kitchen, appliances, sink granite counter tops, ocean front, loved the bed....very comfortable. Clean, convenient to Alys & Rosemary. Great ocean front view. Short walk down to the beach.....close to ocean, loved the ocean sound.

I spent a week in Condo #402 and was very disappointed. I have stayed at the Commodores previously and been quite happy but had never stayed in # 402. The condo was stripped bare. I would assume it is only used as a rental and the owners do not want to have any extras. The furniture was dirty, the deck...

The unit is small and in need of updating. Parking is very limited. Wi-Fi is available but is unreliable. It is in a great location and has a very good beach access and view. Beach service is part of the package and was enjoyable.

This is our second year visiting the Commodores Retreat and you really just cannot beat the location. Such a short walk to the beach without any stairs (like other places we've stayed along 30A.) We love that Eastern Shore Lake runs out right beside the property because it's perfect for the smaller kids if the ocean is too rough or...

My husband and I stayed in unit 201 and the view from our condo was amazing! The unit was clean and had everything we needed with the exception of clothes hangers. It would be nice if little things like this could be checked before guests arrive. We were pleased that there was storage for our paddle board's and kayaks. There...

Stayed one week in 404. Beautiful view, easy access to beach but the dirty unit and bad management ruined our vacation. Pros: Fairly new appliances, work well Good cutlery and plates Tasteful decor New towels Great view Cons: Wi-fi didn't work Both (plastic) showers (from 1985) reek of mold and you can see it in crevices and on shower curtains....

We stayed in a private condominium booked through vrbo.com. The location is fabulous with a private walkway to the private beach. From Sunday-Friday, each visitor had front-row beach setup except for Friday. The sand is white and soft, the ocean is clear, warm and beautiful. Excellent location for kids to sand play. The location is within walking distance to 30A...

The area is nice and they have a pool but parking is an issue. We were told and the information on my rental agreement said we would have 2 parking places. When we got there we were told that there is one parking place and there is a sign saying one parking place. These condos sleep 6-10. We arrived late...

We stayed in unit 106 for the last week-end in August. We chose this place and this unit because of the boardwalk which is a smooth surface, albeit the carpet's very worn, all the way to the sand. As we often sat on the balcony we were able to hear the waves coming ashore and that was a definite plus....

“If you have more than four people, do not plan to sleep on the sofa sleeper. I think they replaced the mattress and it was terrible. Hint: Use the two pillows to build up the couch so you can sit on it and not sink into it. Pool Noise until 10 PM”
