We booked Cabana 401 but had to leave only a few hours after check-in due to a medical emergency (my husband had a heart attack). The view was beautiful and everything in the condo seemed very nice and well stocked, but the carpet could use a good cleaning. I would recommend the travel protection insurance despite it being an additional...

Gulf Place Cabanas are super nice and quiet most of the time. We like staying in unit 401, but we are prejudiced, as the owners. There really is no need to leave Gulf Place for restaurants or recreation as they have it all. Very clean grounds, three pools, tennis court, hot tubs and walking trails.

First we were not given the room we thought we had booked, but a room smaller than most motel rooms with one queen bed rather than two, a three by four foot "balcony" rather than the 10 by 15 shown on their site. Those rooms were "unavailable" though the place was far from booked up. (We did receive a $150...

We booked Gulf Place as a studio and upon checking in and getting our room, we find that we were assigned a room smaller than a Holiday Inn Hotel room, a 3X4' balcony with no furniture, a bathroom that was large but very poorly equipped with no vanity but instead a wall hung sink and a cheesy bamboo shelf for...

We love The Perfect Pig and Pizza by the Sea at Gulf Place. Also the Artists of Gulf Place have the cutest shops. We loved making the Starfish People with one of the local artist. Really friendly people.

We stayed in a condo in the Cabana section. Nice place, with a good Gulf view, but a luxury 4 story condo is being built across the street, so the units will lose some of their view. The community is fairly small but has shops, restaurants and coffee shop. Easy beach access across street.

We stayed for a week in a condo on the 3rd floor of city center facing the gulf. It was excellent! The unit was clean, furnished with every thing you need to enjoy your trip. Free laundry was located across the hallway. Four tasty restaurants within a short walk, you don't even need to leave the community. The beach, weather...

Gulf Place features a nice combination of places to stay, eat, and shop. The artists in the middle give the community a funky flair. There is also music from time to time and special events on the green. If you are looking for a place that meets all your vacation needs, Gulf Place is great.

Clean room with nice view. Easy parking free laundry facility, also polite and professional staff. There is a one time cleaning fee that you should be aware of. I had a 1 bedroom that included a separate passthrough with bunk beds in it and a foldout couch in the living room. 1.5 bathrooms. There is a kitchen table and kitchenette,...

I have been staying in this community in several different units through resortquest. We have stayed in multiple units in Cabanas and Caribbean through the past 10+ years when traveling to Florida. My husband and I most recently stayed in an amazing new unit in Six Palms 4B. Extremely beautiful new unit. Amazing gourmet kitchen and upgraded bathrooms and modern...
