It was perfect. Our condo had just been renovated. The pool was right below and we had a lovely view of the gulf! Unfortunately, the temperature was very cool- 2 days in the thirties early in the morning. The pool was heated, but not quite enough for me but our grandchildren managed to enjoy the pool and the hot tub.

The Dunes of Seagrove is a wonderful place to stay. There is a double pool with key coded gate to the beach and pool for greater security. We have stayed in several units and all have been great. Our recent stay this month was in 201A which is a favorite of ours as it has covered parking and a great...

Have stayed in 3 different units and loved each stay! The pool and oceanfront location were a hit with all family members! Close enough to busier, more active Seaside and Rosemary communities but thankfully maintains its own quiet place on 30A!

Stayed in 404B (2 bed/2 bath) for a summer break. Great layout and flow. Master has own bath and entrance to patio. Were also bunk beds for extra guests beyond the 2nd bedroom. Kitchen appliances were standard grade and there was a general feel the condo was dated. My wife commented it appeared the owners ran out of money once...

I was a little surprised of the extensive exterior renovations going on during my stay and it seems they will last until January, 2016. Also, of note are a couple of houses being built next to the property. The reason I mention both is that the workers show up early and stay late. So, if you don't mind the sound...

My Granddaughter and her family (husband and 2 small children) were planning to come from Atlanta for a Florida vacation and to stay at the beach. My husband and I drove over to The Dunes of Seagrove from Milton to spend the afternoon and join them for dinner. This family could not have been happier that they chose this for...

Our family of six stayed in A301 and really enjoyed it. The furniture was very comfortable and the condo was extremely clean. The kitchen area was pretty well supplied and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The kids loved the pool and we all loved the beach, it is just gorgeous. The low-rise buildings are nice, no long...

I love the Dunes of Seagrove. It is great because there aren't as many screaming kids as if one were in Panama City Beach or Destin. There are upscale restaurants in the area that are within a short drive both ways down 30A. If your looking for a relaxing vacation spot with not many children, then look no further. However,...

We stayed in 405A. Loved the condo- we were hesitate about the view-facing the road but couldn't have been more pleased. It was very private and cool in the afternoon not having the sun on the porch. The beach was beautiful. We would spend the day at the water then our evenings in the amazing pool! We couldn't have had...
