The first time we stayed at Pointe Santo was just my wife and I but this year we brought back our children ages 20 and 17. Our daughter was moving into college in Fort Myers and we could not resist staying at Pointe Santo again! The complex was not too busy so the beach and pool never got packed. And...

We stayed at Pointe Santo in condo E31. Right on the Gulf of Mexico on a shell-lined beach, with palm trees swaying and ocean waves gently slapping the sandy shores, the surroundings are tropical, lush, and relaxing. Our luxurious two bedroom condo was spacious and inviting, with a screened-in lanai complete with comfortable patio furniture and ceiling fan. Gazing out...

Checked all reviews, thought I picked well. Pictures looked nice, convenient location. The first night fell asleep on top of the covers & woke up with a few bites. Second night I slept under the covers and awoke covered in bites (I do not exaggerate.) Itched and scratched, went to local pharmacy and was told it was "noseeems". Over the...

We certainly understand this reviewer's frustration as no one likes to have bites or stings disrupt a vacation. We do however feel that it was unfortunate to rate Pointe Santo itself so poorly for circumstances completely beyond anyone's control- in fact for conditions that are normal to the area (coastal Florida). No-see-ums are small flying insects that occasionally appear at...

For our first trip to Sanibel, we rented Pointe Santo E45 through VRBO.com and we definitely recommend this unit and would rent again if we plan a return trip. The rental process was easy and check-in was a breeze. The pictures of the unit gave us pretty high expectations and the unit did not disappoint. This is a spacious condo...

My family and I had such a great vacation in Sanibel Island. We stayed in A-43 which was a Gulf view 4th floor condo with a rooftop deck. You could see the ocean from the screened balcony patio, rooftop deck, living room, the master bedroom and the sitting room. The unit was nice with all of the comforts of home,...

It's a little crazy to me to have one little pool for that many condos. We had to get up early, early, early to lay our towels down to reserve our chairs. Moreover, there are absolutely ZERO exercise opportunities. The website advertises "adult swim" but the round pool only gave you 1/2 a length. There was no gym. There were...

We stayed at Pointe Santo B-1 unit owned by Wendy Gruenberg. The unit has everything you will need for a great vacation at the beach including DVD's, beach towels, umbrella for the sun, well equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer. Everything was clean when we arrived. TV in living area was great. Enjoyed the screened porch with a view...

This was our second trip to Pointe Santo, renting direct from the condo complex. This time we went with a unit in the A building, unit 24. It's a corner unit with views of the ocean and the pool, and it was well worth the price. The unit itself is roomy and well-decorated. It seems everywhere there could be a...

Our family had a great time at Pointe Santo E34; we'd definitely rent this unit again and recommend it to others considering a stay at Pointe Santo. The unit was large, clean, and comfortable. Because this unit is on a corner, you have great views from every window. The kids liked watching the action at the pool and on the...

We recently went to Pointe Santo de Sanibel and stayed in unit B-1 owned by Wendy Gruenberg. We would definitely stay there again. The unit is located on the ground level which we found to be perfect. We liked being on this level because you walk directly from the lanai to the pool or the beach. It is a quick...
