The property is actually one of the nicer ones on Sanibel. All the buildings overlook a fresh water lagoon with a pool on a central island. The pool is relatively small for the amount of units on the property. It quickly fills up by around 11am. There are tennis and shuffleboard on the south side of the property along with... More

This condo has a beautiful view and was perfect size for our family (4 adults and 2 kids). The furnishings were updated, comfortable and clean. The only thing I would change is the size of the toilet/shower area in the master bath. The shower itself is a perfect size, but it's a small space for the toilet and shower. The... More

The condo we rented was a great two bedroom through VIP rentals. Everything they stated was great. Our only complaint was that for the size of the development the pool area is extremely small. Lack of chairs and the fact that it seemed loaded with families with very little room was a problem for our family.

This was an awesome place. We are local from Fort Myers this makes the third summer we have stayed on the island while the kids attend sea camp. The location is perfect and the place provides all amenities needed as well as many kids activities. The kids favorite thing was the port hole bunk beds which gave each their own... More

This is a clean place to stay, right on the beach, swimming pool. The court yard it kelp very clean. Condos are old, but kelp up inside and by the owners. Close to Bailey,s general store, movies, hardware and liquor if you like. Good place for family 's. My 19th year of staying there.

This resort had everything we needed and more. From the smoothies at the pool to the many gas grills at the ready, this resort was just fantastic. We recommend it and would definitely return. An easy bike ride to any destination on the island. Captiva is also just a bike ride away for the more adventurous cyclist.

We stayed in units A1 and A6. Both had wonderful views of the beach and were clean and comfortable. A6 was literally 20 steps to the beach, I counted. My only complaint would be lack of cooking pans in the kitchen, but I understand many people would not be cooking for 8 while on vacation. There were plenty of grills... More

My husband and I spent five days at Pointe Santo de Sanibel this past week celebrating our ten year anniversary. Condo A-35 is ocean front and located on the third floor. The views of the ocean from both the master bedroom as well as the main living area/patio were stunning. Though the views were amazing, we were greatly disappointed by... More

This was our second year staying here and love it just as much! Such pretty and calm grounds with a large lagoon with turtles. We picked the same condo as last year with a roof deck. Love the view of the gulf up there. Pool could be a bit larger but with the gulf right there it's not a big... More

This was our family's first trip out to Pointe Santo and we absolutely loved this complex and this condo. This 4th floor penthouse unit has a fabulous, private rooftop deck that is accessible via its own spiral staircase off the screened-in balcony. The views from the deck are unparalleled. Absolutely breathtaking, as you are at the highest elevation on Sanibel.... More
