This was our third time to stay at this property when visiting Sanibel and we LOVE it. We are a family of six, and find the newly renovated rooms and hotel amenities to be a true vacation and relaxation location. A nice vacation destination!

We stayed here for a couple nights because they did not have room for us in another property. The room was larger and better kept than their other place on Sanibel, with both a separate bedroom and a sitting room, a TV in each, (good when we had to stay in because of the cold weather), and the screened-in balcony...

We stayed here for 5 nights over spring break. It was our first trip to Sanibel, and we had lots of choices. We chose this one because it has beach access and prices were reasonable. I will admit I was a bit leery because of the price/beach thing, but worries were for naught. Be warned that this is not a...

Very expensive for what you get. We only spent one night there and the room was okay but 2 double beds rather than a king. The property is dated and they don't seem to be putting too much back into it. They have bikes available but for $450 a night they could give you a bike! The front desk attendant...

We stayed in the Bouganvilla building, probably the closest to the pool and the things around it. We liked it and it was good for a family of 4; a 9 and a 6 yr old. It was a little pricey and we wanted to be on the other side of island near all the little touristy shops and such....

We just got back after staying for 7nights. We stayed in the Bromeliad building unit 3411, 2 BR condo. Pros: Location (kids could bike into town on their own), free bikes (if you find one available), heated pool. Staff was friendly. The kitchen appliances were newer and worked well. Cons: Sofa Bed was not fit for even my two younger...

Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent visit. I want to apologize for your less than positive experience, and I want to assure you we take your comments seriously. We are trying to devise a more equitable system for the beach chair usage since we are restricted in total numbers. We have coached the front desk associate regarding how...

Staff did not seem to care. Room had hair on floor in bath room that was never cleaned by staff, even after it was pointed out to them. Stayed at this facility because it was a sister property to Song of the Sea where we have stayed for 10 years, but not have nearly the same level of service. Very...
