My husband and I were looking for a peaceful, quiet beach vacation with warm, friendly staff and comfortable, clean rooms. We found all of it and so much more! From check in to check out, the staff was top notch as were the grounds and the accommodations. We stayed in the Periwinkle building. Our second-floor corner ocean front room had...

Large screened porch, with big chairs and a large wood table on the porch. Nice to sit outside and listen to the waves crashing. Rooms are large. The hotel and the town remind me of the 50's and 60's: no high rise, not much traffic, and a slower pace. Special place, I want to return for another visit!

Stayed here for a one night getaway in late October. In my opinion this is the best time of year to travel to Sanibel. Very few tourists, snow-birds have not yet arrived from up north. If you enjoy the beach and biking/walking down bike trails this is the place for you. There is not much else to do on Sanibel...

We spent 2 nights at Sanibel Inn with my sisters and brother and our kids, between ages 2-15. It's a great quiet location, with suites that have separate bedrooms, good for little ones that go to bed before the adults. Some of our rooms overlooked the gulf. The rooms were a little inconsistent, one had a k-cup coffee machine that...

My wife and I were able to break away to celebrate a milestone anniversary. The staff was top notch and greeted us with a card and a gift. Visited Sanibel Inn with my best girlfriend and daughter for a weekend getaway. The rooms were spacious and overlooked the water. There was a bar & grill by the pool and an onsite restaurant. Very casual, relaxing weekend. I'd go back for sure.
