Really cute hotel in an amazing location. The rooms are adorable...really comfortable beds with lots of plush pillows! The rooftop bar is a great place to watch the boats and enjoy the sunshine. We were given a courtyard room which was very noisy. There was a loud table of guests dining until about 11:00 and then when the severs were...

The hotel is across from the park and the marina, so lovely views from our room and balcony. These rooms are decorated in lovely romantic colors. Huge bathroom with shower and soaking tub just like in the photos of the hotel. Great coffee/espresso maker, big TV, huge comfortable bed. Take the elevator down and have a seat at the sidewalk...

The Birchwood is one of the most amazing restaurants that I have visited! Which means a lot since we lived in Manhattan and travel extensively. We had a small wedding dinner on December 20th in one of the private rooms. Being Christmas week, the place was packed, BUT each and every one of the staff was so kind and welcoming....

Always have loved the Birchwood, something for everyone. ..patio dining, inside seating and rooftop lounge, plus it's a hotel right on beach drive. However the menu has changed , but not exactly for the better (new chef). They have always served up locally sourced items, fresh fish, etc. ..and they still do; I just personally believe that maybe the menu...

Top notch property. The beds are comfortable and cozy. Tons of pillows. The front desk service was great. There are no ice machines, so you need to call down to the front desk. Ice arrived within minutes of request. In fact, just about anything I requested arrived within minutes. Staff was extremely helpful, courteous and fun to talk to. Brandon,...

If you plan to visit Saint Petersburg, FL, try to stay at this hotel. It's a wonderful little boutique hotel, right on Beach Street - the St. Pete "strip". Terrific location, good service, friendly staff. The food is excellent too. Try to have drinks on the rooftop bar. Wonderful views of the bay, especially lovely at sunset. Great place.

Small Boutique Hotel. Bedroom was well appointed and bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was huge with a rain shower and an separate tub. No inroom movies although they did have hbo on demand. Can be a little noisy at night depending on room location. Breakfast is included which is a nice perk but it's very minimal and self serve Buffett...

Want to rate this hotel very good, but cannot. We stayed three nights in this hotel. First off, Room 209 is an extra large and pricey room located in the rear of the hotel backed up into three large air conditioning units for the building or buildings next door. The vents inside the room incessantly blow hard and loud, even...

My husband and I popped in for late brunch today and we were not disappointed. Our waiter was excellent and even took time to give us a little history of the area. The eggs Benedict were awesome!crispy pancetta instead of ham was great flavor. The Bloody Mary was nice and spicy! Will go back next time in town.

We stayed at the Birchwood last week for the first time. It is a very comfortable hotel and the staff is very friendly and service was excellent from the front desk (Nick and Brandon), bar (Tommy), and housekeeping (Noelle). Beds are very comfortable! A nice surprise is that they offer a continental breakfast every morning. It is within walking distance...

Hi, Kathy! We are so glad you enjoyed your stay at The Birchwood! We apologize for those little snafus. You are absolutely right about the towels, kleenex, and bathroom tissue. We will make sure that our staff has this taken care of during housekeeping time. Thank you for the excellent feedback! Hope to see you again soon!
