Detailed Reviews
We priced the resorts and independent operators. This humble spot was the perfect value for us. The accommodations were fresh and clean. The ability to park our boat at a dock 10 steps from the back door was amazing. Kids voiced minor complaints about the comfort of the pullout sofa bed. We may take the management up on their air mattress offer next trip or use our own. The bedroom was quite comfortable.

From reserving to check out, this Inn was all about old fashioned Florida charm. I was surprised when I got called at 10am the morning of check-in to tell me our room was ready and we could check in whenever we wanted!
Our room had our name on the door, no way to miss it!
The 1 br apartment was cozy and comfortable. The kitchen was well acquitted with cookware and dishes. The place was very homey!

Absolutely beautiful gem! We hate to leave, but we will definitely be coming back. Easy to find the Inn it is really at the southernmost point just step es away to the end of the road. Waterfront Restaurant just steps away, after a long day fishing it’s nice to come back to a great meal already cooked for you.
Anyway you turn this Inn is the perfect lil place.

Where do I start, the view is amazing! Everything you could think of in your room. We were ableto dock our boat right outside the back door, and the international waterway is within view. Very clean, I understand they are pet friendly, we did not bring ours but you could not tell there had ever been any pets there no smells like at other places we have been to. We wii definetly return soon!!

Rainy windy while we stayed in a small cozy efficiency room with kitchen and a shower with lots of hot water with good pressure.
Snug warm little room with better quality bed. Clean and well supplied and maintained property.
Dolphin fishing in the channel by back deck, and the neighbors dog would alert you to their arrival.
We arrived without reservations at the end of off season, but prices still seemed a bit pricey.
Local Bar Food was varied and fresh. Everyone we interacted with were friendly and willing to share knowledge and experiences.

What a awesome little place! We can't find anything wrong. Super clean, comfortable, welcoming and a view to die for. The owner Jenny accommodated us even though we had no reservation and recommended places to go to celebrate my girlfriends Birthday while waiting for our room. When we got to our room to our surprise they left my girlfriend a little birthday present. Who does that anymore? Southernmost in and two fishes in does! Thank you Jenny! Oh,and they are pet friendly.

We are avid kayakers so we are constantly looking for nice affordable places on or near the water. Well this is it! The establishment has 2 locations: 2 Fish Inn and The Southernmost Inn: we stayed in the LURE room at the Southernmost Inn and it was spotless, beautiful, comfortable and peaceful and they take dogs!!! . I would recommend this Inn to anyone wanting a low key restful weekend. As you can see from the picture you are right on a channel; if you have a boat you can dock it right outside your room.... AWESOME! Right down the street there was a little area we launched our kayak from; it was perfect; the water was beautiful and the scenery just as nice! We will be back. The island is a fisherman's paradise, not much else to do but chill out and be on the water.

+1
Private, spotlessly clean, perfect......backyard is on canal, watch the boats (all sizes) go in and out to sound...sit on your private dock and watch the boats go by, watch the dolphins and manetee swim by and the fish jump out of the water...calm, picture perfect, quiet, fun.........next door has great food but then again most places on island do...rent a boat and tie it up on the private dock..no extra if u want noise and need to be entertained do not go...this is a piece of private heaven that i am sure to return to...oh yea, fishing,,,you must go!

What a great place, we called the day before our scheduled arrival and told them we wouldn't be arriving until after midnight. They put our name on the door and left a key out for us. We stayed in the Hook Suite, which is more of an efficiency, but it was big enough fir the two of us. Queen bed, sofa, kitchenette, screen I. Porch with two chairs and an outdoor seating area next to the dock. The managers were very nice to deal with, addressed a concern about a broken screen door immediately. I would recommend to my family and friends and will stay again in the future.
