A compliment regarding staff. Travelling further south. An overnight stop on I-95. My husband and I reached our destination. Did not take long to know I was missing my tote bag containing personal items, make-up, jewelry. OMG. We recalled Zach from front desk who did check-in. I called and Zach answered. YES. My bag was left in their parking lot....

This hotel is very close to I 95 so easy to find. It's also within 20 min drive to St Augustine, so with that in mind, it's well located. As was mentioned by other reviewers, this place is a little tired and in need of a major refresh. Rooms smell musty and ac units need replacing....BUT on the positive side,...

Older redone hotel. Had no hot water and they said would fix it but did nothing! They offered no compensation for it despite me paying well over the Trivago rate. Bar not open and indoor pool in poor condition. The room is clean but bed worn and not comfortable.

Rooms are in desperate need of renovation. Hotel is smelly. Breakfast was OK. Definitely not going to this hotel again. Staff was very friendly. Too expensive for what is offered. Pool didn't look clean. Too far away from the city center. Very noisy.

This is a nice hotel near St Augustine and close to the World Golf Hall of Fame and golf courses. Also, eat at Caddyshacks at the Village. Hotel staff were cordial and helpful and all employees I interacted with were exceptional. The free breakfast had a large selection of hot and cold entrees, fruits, juice and coffee. The waffles and...

Smelly room, ratty old catpet, horrible breskfast and very rude breakfast attended. Dogs running and yelping, sugar ants crawling all over the breakfast table. Unattended children running up and down the hall at 1130pm. Never again. EVER.

I am a single mom, with 2 teens and a small dog. I had to move out of my home, due to mold issues. I am currently staying at the St. Augustine Hotel for a week, until my new condo is available. I had spent 5 days already at a Hampton, so clearly my standards are a bit high. The...

I stayed here for a long weekend on a girls trip. The hotel was old but appeared clean. The suite was spacious. The bed was extremely bouncy, lumpy and uncomfortable. I pull-out couch was also old and the mattress was as flat as a pancake. The staff was friendly and gave us a bazillion towels (4 women!) without question. The...

The hotel is within a mile from I 95 which makes it convenient if you are traveling and need accommodations. So, convenience is a plus. However, the room was VERY humid and was in need of being aired out. The experience was disappointing. Would not stay there again.

Although the hotel wasn't all that luxurious, it had a comfortable bed and pillows, indoor and outdoor pools and the usual breakfast but most of all the people working there were all so nice. It felt like a home atmosphere from Ashley that checked us in, to the girl at the bar, the breakfast girl, the cleaning girl...everybody was so...
