My wife and I stayed at the best western for the labor day weekend. We were already in our vacation mode and it sky rocketed when we met Terry at the front desk. She handled our reservation with the biggest smile in the world...i mean it felt like she loves helping their guests. we were inquiring about buying trolley tickets,... More

Great Bang for your buck. The location is fabulous. Walking distance to everything in the historic district. If you don't want to walk the trolley pickup's across the street. The staff was friendly, efficient & put in the extra effort in all they did. Hotel was very clean & well maintained. Nice amenities in the room including a microwave &... More

The room was ok sized, but the bathroom was tiny. The toilet clogged, and was sluggish the rest of the time. The air conditioner was not working- the room was muggy the entire stay (2 nights). Breakfast was great- there were a variety of options. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Loved our stay in St. Augustine. This hotel is in a great location; close enough to walk to some of the best attractions and the Old Town Trolley tour, which is the best way to get around the city with stops at all attractions, stops right across the street! Nice free breakfast included! which saves time and money and gets... More

We have stayed at this property a number of times and will again. The rooms are small but remarkably quiet given the location, and the trolley stop near by. Rooms and linens are clean. Parking could be a challenge but the lot attended guides you into your space...no door dings so fare. Park it and leave it, (parking extra). No... More

I have been going to this hotel for 30 years. Its a nice little hotel in the oldest town in the nation. Girls know us real well and treat us right. Clean, neat and pleasant. We keep going back to this hotel every year because we don't have to worry about any problems. They go above and beyond when ever... More

The hotel itself is a little dated. Rooms on the small side, and bathroom fixtures could use an update. While the bed itself was comfortable, the sheets were pilled and somewhat rough. Other than that -- the room was clean and had microwave and refrigerator and wireless access. Staff very friendly and efficient. The continental breakfast was very good; the... More

We came down to St Augustine and wanted to be close to the historic area, but at a reasonable cost. We decided on the Best Western Spanish Quarter. We were able yo park our car and visit the downtown area with no problem. Our room on the second deck was nice. Beds were comfortable and AC worked good. The bathroom... More

I felt like I was in a Motel 6 in the 1960's. The place was very worn down. The breakfast was terrible- packaged muffins etc. & no room to sit. The ONLY thing going for this is its location- but I'd choose to stay elsewhere if I go back. Unfortunately, it seems to me that this town is pretty honky-tonk.... More
