My family and I stayed at this inn a few times, until we discovered the St. Francis Inn which, quite frankly is in another class (up, that is). St. George is located in the middle of what is becoming a crowded tourist gathering point for ghost tours, ticket sales, etc. and while inside the room is quiet, outside hang-out zone...

We stayed in the Nina Room (2 queen beds). Room looked newly renovated, clean and nicely decorated. Its a bit pricey but well worth it for the location. It's at the north gate on St George. Ideal location for the fort, graveyards, dining and all things tourist. Our room overlooked the gates as well as a cemetery. The people who...

Saint Augustine streets are in total disarray getting ready for the 450th anniversary of the oldest city. It took a while to get to a place where our luggage was unloaded. The second floor balcony outside our room gave us a perfect view of St George street( a pedestrian only street). The room was perfect in every way. With this...

We went to St Augustine for a birthday weekend getaway. We had always wanted to stay at the St. George Inn. When I booked the room, I specifically requested a room overlooking the historic street. And the Innkeeper met our request!! When we arrived, we were met by a very friendly staff. But what else would you expect but true...

We stayed in a very spacious double queen room on the third floor overlooking St. George Street. Amazingly quiet right in the Old St. Augustine quarter. We stayed during the 2013 Thanksgiving week with our family. We will definitely stay again!

My wife and I felt we should have been in costume of the time period as we were staying in the middle of a major tourist attraction, our old style balcony overlooked the oldest wooden school in the U.S.A. Our other balcony at the front looked down on the historic district of Saint Augustine.Americas oldest city. Great fun. The rooms...

I brought a group here last year for a workshop, envisioning us all knitting on the great wrap around deck overlooking the historic old town of St. Augustine. From the beginning the staff couldn't do enough for us and went out of their way to make certain everything worked to perfection. The rooms were gorgeous, well-maintained, and serviced. We will...

We stayed in room 12 for one night and it was everything we could have hoped for! While we didn't hang out in the room too much as there is so much to see and do in St. Augustine, the staff were fantastic. In fact as we were leaving the maid chased us down 6 blocks because we forgot our...

My husband and I stayed in #31 for three nights. It was nothing like I ever imagined..it was better. The staff was amazing from the curbside service to the early check in. It was conveniently located in the heart of downtown near the Fort and the views were breathless. The room were super clean and, sanitary. Being a resort manager...

St George Inn is so perfectly located one can walk anywhere . Clean, friendly hosts and comfortable rooms. Who could ask for more? A car is not needed because everything is so convenient And the view from the window was charming back into another century.
