Our second trip to St. A., and second stay here. We only needed a night midweek so was happy to find an opening here. Love this little gem. Parking can be a challenge, but worth it. Our family room was a great size. Unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy the famous pancakes this time due to our early parasailing appt....

This is our second stay at the Pirate Haus, and we absolutely love it. What a perfect setup for families! Our jungle room has a king bed for us and our two boys get bunk beds, which they love. The common room has a huge selection of toys and games, which my kids love. The location simply can't be beat,...

A friend and I had a guys vacation at the Pirate Haus a couple months back. Place was super clean and staff was awesome. You are with in walking distance of everything in St. Augustine. Ton of terrific bars and restaurants. Ton of places to shop or go to a museum. Or just walk around and look at the town!...

This is a funky little place with a wonderful location. As Captain Conrad explains, "It's not the Hillton" but you can't have this kind of fun at the Hilton We had a wonderful time, but the point I need to make is, my husband wanted some wash done and he gave it to the Mermaid on Duty to do. What...

Aye we almost had a mutiny over that one! But I had to explain to the crew that if it wasn't honestly stolen, we couldn't accept it. Keep to the Code! Thank you for choosing us for your stay!

We were in town for a family wedding, which was held at the Basilica, just across the street from this hotel. We were able to walk through the back side of the basilica property, which was great in high heels. The room was uniquely decorated, and I love the stairs on the way up to the rooms. The owner was...

Sorry for the inconvenience, we have central heat and air, and the thermostats are located in the hallway which means that the rooms are usually hotter or cooler before the hallway. We plan on updating our in room books so that you just have to text the staff and they will adjust the heat / air accordingly. Thank you for...

Fabulous quirky B&B in the heart of St Augustine - and amazing value! It's aimed at families, so the rooms have bunk beds as well as Queens. So maybe not for you if you want lots of space. But it's such a great location, easy walking distance to all the central sights and restaurants. The owner is super helpful -...

Unfortunately due to a recent rent increase, the free parking had to give way, but we still aim to be the best value. We will soon be upgrading so that all the rooms have King size beds (currently only half do) in addition to bunk beds... Thank you for staying with us!

As walk-ins, we were greeted warmly by Captain Conrad and he was a big reason we decided to stay here. The room was very comfortable, with a newer mattress, fridge, large closet and full bathroom. This hostel is in the heart of historic St Augustine and absolutely worth what they charge, especially with free parking! Free pirate's breakfast cooked by...

We decided to visit St. Augustine for a second time this year and wanted to safe a few bucks. We had seen The Pirate Haus before so we looked it up and found the rates were unbeatable, in my opinion, for the location. Five of our family and one guest showed up early on the Monday after Christmas and took...

This quirky & fun hotel has a fantastic, central location & the price is quite reasonable. We checked in early enough to snag onsite parking & never moved our vehicle until check out. All 3 generations of family members traveling together enjoyed the unique accommodations, refreshing camaraderie among guests, &, of course, the memorable pancake breakfast. We'll definitely be back.

My kids (13 and 9) and I had a wonderful stay at The Pirate Haus Inn! We decided to make a one-night visit to historic St. Augustine to see the Christmas lights and enjoy some other attractions. We have stayed in the historic district before but wanted to try something different. The Pirate House is certainly that! The location is...
