Very dirty, poor management and long term tennants that are always sketchy no matter what time of the year. Bedbugs and fleas are found here often. The neighborhood is beautiful though this is one of at least 6 hotels on the island that could only help the community by closing their doors. Be wary of any hotel just over the... More

Needed a room last on a Sunday afternoon, this motel cost was $91 plus fees and taxes, which I booked online or it would have been $129 if done through the hotel. Once in the room, I had to kill a few small roaches which where on the table near the bathroom, and wouldn't have stayed there but everything else... More

This inn was alright. Our room confronted parkway, yet a/c suffocated the activity commotion. Bed was delicate, yet I dozed like log. Room clean. Cover floors, microwave, cooler, dryer, pressing board, and pantry. My hubby appreciated the outside pool. Front work area staff was exceptionally kind and coordinated TripAdvisor cost. Breakfast was perfectly kept yet did not have a few.... More

The facilities are older but for $66 you can't expect much. The room was clean enough. The only complaint would be that while the room was suitable it would not get and maintain the cooler temperatures we prefer for sleeping. Sheets appeared to be clean. The front desk ladies were awesome and very accommodating.

We stayed one night while visiting for a return excursion through Old St. Augustine. Love the city, hated the motel. First off, when I ran water in the sink several soggy brown nuggets surfaced from the drain and into the sink. Extremely gross! Fortunately there was another sink inside the bathroom. Turns out that someone must have dumped dry dog... More

Every surface of the room was just visibly dirty, mattress had mysterious stains, no shower head. I was horrendously price gouged during an event week. Stay somewhere else and spend the money. I contemplated leaving, but I had no choice but to stay.

For $60 per night plus tax, this motel is just the right mix. It's not fancy but, it is near the Bridge of Lions, the Alligator farm and the St. Augustine Ampitheater. It looks like everything's been painted recently, the motel area is clean, the rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this... More

With most motor inns, you have to be aware that they will be outdated, and this property is no exception. The rooms are from the 50's, but clean and safe. Certain items are surprisingly old and should be replaced, like the toilet seats and mattresses. Couldn't pick up on any WiFi.

We stopped here on Sat. May 25th as i had already looked up the price on here. We couldnt find anything closer to the beach. Price online was $81. When we got there the lady said $130. was the cheapest she could go. We did not do business with someone who would price gouge like that. Have stayed here before... More
