Need to know that breakfast is upstairs for a guest that may have a problem. The time choice of either 9:30 or 10:30AM is for the convenience of the Innkeeper. We notified the Innkeeper that the toilet was having a problem (phantom flush) that obviously the "flapper" leaked and would flush the toilet frequently. Annoying when trying to sleep. Nothing...

Because we think the service we provide is as important as our accommodations, let’s take this step-by-step. At most B&Bs the guestrooms are on the second floor. Here at the Saragossa Inn, our guestrooms all have private entrances on the First floor. Our dining room is on the second floor. This is clearly stated on our website. But more importantly...

My husband and I stayed at the Saragossa Inn for our first, second, and third wedding anniversaries. Our fourth anniversary is upcoming, and guess where we want to stay? The Saragossa Inn! We have been to St. Augustine two other times, and one of those we stayed elsewhere due to the Saragossa being booked. We had an awful experience at...

The Saragossa is a quiet Inn just minutes (walking distance) from the Historic section of St. Augustine. I previewed 4 or 5 B&Bs in person, and chose the Saragossa based on it's peaceful location, and clean appearance. Some of the other places were too close ST. George street, and very noisy. We stayed in the Homewood Suite, which was was...

The Inn Keeper was very hospitable. Rooms were clean and just like going back in time with the elegant decor. Outstanding breakfast during our stay every morning. If you needed anything. directions, where to eat, places of interest to visit or just good conversation, just talk with "Gibbs", he is very knowledgeable.

My boyfriend and I stayed in the Southwinds suite one night and loved every second! The bed was so comfy! The location was perfect, not too far away from St. George St, and so quiet! Gibbs was so helpful and made the most delicious breakfast! I was upset because I didn't have enough room for everything. I really wanted to...

We were thrilled with the Inn. My family and I have never stayed in a Bed & Breakfast before our visit. We had two rooms - one for my spouse and I and one for our children. The rooms were beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. We had a great homemade breakfast - my children are wanting me to cook more...

My husband and I decided last minute to visit St. Augustine for the 4th of July weekend. We also wanted to bring our little puppies so our search was limited. We came across a few B&B's in St. Augustine, but Saragossa Inn appealed to us the most. This was our first time in St. Augustine and we are so very...

At the last minute, we decided to take an overnight trip to St Augustine on 4th of July weekend. Luckily, we found Saragossa Inn had one room available and was pet friendly so we could bring our dog. Cozy and charming! Only a few blocks from the heart of the action. Gibbs provided many great recommendations including Rhett's which we...
