The Agustin Inn is a gorgeous Victorian lovingly kept in the heart of the historic district. It is staffed by warm and caring people who go out of their way to accommodate their guests. My only criticism is that there are no bathroom doors. There are only shower curtains where doors are normally hung. If you want any privacy in...

Thank you for taking the time to write such a nice review. As you mentioned, four of our eighteen rooms have a heavy, cloth, curtain separating the toilet area from the rest of the bathroom. I am very sorry this was not clearly explained at your time of booking. We do hope you will stay with us again and enjoy...

On a recent trip to St Augustine My wife and I needed a late check out and the Agustin Inn was able to accommodate. We have stayed in the city several times at several BnB's but this experience was way above other venues. The food quality was on par with the local high end eateries. The staff was very friendly...

Thank you for your glowing review and kind words. Our chefs take great pride in the work they do and the local paper recently featured five of their best dishes. Everyone here at the Agustin truly loves being a host and making memorable vacations for all of our guests. Come back and see us again soon.

We had the best stay at Agustin Inn for a quick weekend get away! The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of historic downtown. The inn was beautifully decorated, clean, well kept, modern. Our room (seven) was great, comfy bed, and the tube was HUGE! The front patio and porch were so beautiful and relaxing, what a great...

This inn provided the perfect honeymoon spot! The building itself is beautiful and absolutely charming! Situated in the middle of the historic area, it's close to everything! The staff is incredible- they get to know each guest and treated us like friends not customers! The food is outstanding! Breakfast was my favorite meal each day! Would recommend this place to...

We had a wonderful getaway staying at the Agustin Inn. The room was satisfactory, the service terrific and the breakfasts, we had two, bountiful. There is construction going on next door on a public works project (0ctober 2014). Noise started at 8AM so there was no sleeping late. Provided good sound cover for other activities :^). When the construction is...

My husband and I stayed at the Agustin Inn when we were dating and absolutely fell in love with the town, food and of course the B&B. We both said it seemed like a perfect place to get married. When we got engaged in December 2013 and it was our immediate thought to book the B&B for our wedding, however...

We had an awesome, although too brief, stay at the Agustin Inn last weekend. We had notified them that we would be arriving around 10 pm, so they called in advance and gave us specific instructions for parking, building access, check-in, etc. Everything was very clear and easy to follow. They even upgraded our room at no extra cost because...

We're staying here for a weekend away and we can't say enough good things about it! The room is a little small, but the ambiance is great! Private bathrooms and location are a plus! Wonderful, complimentary breakfast and friendly staff! Would definitely stay here again!

What an amazing time we had at the Agustin Inn for our 1 year Anniversary. The staff is amazing, the breakfast was perfect, and the room was spacious and comfortable. We felt right at home. The location was awesome. We were right in the heart of the historic district. I'm not sure why some people are complaining about the music...

We live 2 hrs from St Augustine and like to take a few days to visit 2-3x/yr. We have stayed at many B&B's but keep coming back to the Agustin Inn. Room rates are very reasonable, for the area, The location is unbelievably close to the shops & restaurants on St George St, and from the front porch you can...
