The inn is very charming and in a great location. We enjoyed the three course breakfasts which were innovative and delicious. Our room "Splendid Time" was located on the first floor and we enjoyed sitting in the rocking chairs on the porch in the evening with a glass of wine people watching. The Christmas tour trolley groups made a lot...

The old powder house inn is so cute. My husband and I stayed in the enchanted hideaway that had its own private entrance. Bob and Suzanne are welcoming and down to earth. It is in the heart of the city, so you can walk just about everywhere. The breakfast is out of this world. It's fresh and flavorful. I love...

One of the best BnB's you'll ever experience! Bob and Suzanne are incredible hosts and they make you feel welcomed even before you arrive. You can tell how much they care for their inn and they're excited to meet new faces. Especially Suzanne. I don't know where she gets all her energy from. But it's contagious. Bob can carry a...

This great B&B was fun to stay at. The Inn owners and staff were great people to talk with, and the breakfasts were wonderful. Everything is close at hand from OPHI which made investing time there easy. Great time. Coming back.

This was our second visit to St. Augustine, and our first stay at The Old Powder House Inn. It was our good fortune to have selected this lovely inn. The location is perfect...especially since the Christmas parade passed directly in front of the Inn, so we had a perfect spot to experience this wonderful neighborhood event. Bob and Suzanne are...

Bob and Suzanne were fantastic. Food was delicious. Little noisy in front room. Close to all sites. Balconies and seating were plentiful. Snacks and water refilled daily. Safe and secure rooms. Look forward to getting back to St Augustine and staying at the Old Powder House.

My wife and I met friends and stayed two nights and had a great stay in room 1, which I would call the "clock" room. Breakfast was amazing and had evening wine and a cookie before bed. All good and worth coming from Oregon for. :-) thanks.
