Located in the historic district. We were interested in museums, history and culture. Most everything was within walking distance for us. This was our first BnB experience and it beats hotels and motels. We will definitely go back.

We had an amazing experience at Victorian House. We originally booked an Airbnb and it was - to put it nice - unclean. Anthony accepted us last minute and was such a gem to work with. I am so so so thankful that our anniversary trip was turned from pretty terrible to great! Awesome location. Great people. Beautiful room.

My family and I booked this entire B&B for a wedding weekend and, I cannot say enough about Anthony and Marian!! They truly made us feel welcome, at home and special the whole weekend! Whatever our needs were, they were met! The breakfasts were outstanding! The front porch was FABULOUS for hanging out and visiting with the family too! This...

The Victorian House is in a perfect location - in old town, but away from the noise and hurley burley of St. Georges Street. Aviles Street is a lovely cobblestone lane - you feel like you are in Europe! We stayed in the Aviles room on the first floor and it was lovely - clean and comfortable, with a nice...

We stayed here for the night after a concert. We were immediately greeted by the owner and everything about our stay at the Victorian House was explained. Very friendly and helpful! Our room was very clean and comfortable. The Victorian is right in the Old Town, so everything is pretty much within walking distance. Would definitely recommend and would stay...

I had reserved the Laura room which, according to the pictures, had two king beds, closet and separate bathroom. The week prior to arrival I was notified that we were being "upgraded" to the Patricia room. Upon arrival, we were showed to the Patricia room. This room had one king bed with a large bathtub/shower directly opposite the bed, no...

Dear Ms. Eckert, I am so sorry that I had not met your expectations. We had sustained unforeseen damage in our Laura room approximately a week prior to your stay that resulted in us having to divert any existing and future reservations to either another room in house if available or to another of our local bed and breakfasts that...

St. Augustine is fairly small, but this BnB was still in a great location...situated on the oldest street and walking distance to the bridge/water. The owner gave us great recommendations for dinner. They made yummy breakfast. The rooms were quirky, which I love at BnB's. We actually booked the smallest room, but he upgraded us to a bigger one. They...
