Great ambiance, great location to walk to Old St. Augustine, blocks to restaurants, water, tour trolleys. The hosts are very accommodating, with wine & fresh cookies every evening, a great porch to sit on and good breakfasts.

perfectly located in the historic district, wonderful owners and breakfast was good. Room was spacious and clean, only drawback was that the bath had a curtain instead of a door! But would recommend it.

My wife and I live in Orlando and take weekend get aways to near by places. This bed and breakfast offers a good location. Close to town but quiet. You can park your car and walk to town. Great breakfast, nice porch and balcony. A great place to just do what you want.

There wasn't anything left to be desired. Warm and inviting hosts who've thought of everything to make our stay perfect. The food they served each morning was fantastic. I would recommend the Victorian House to anyone that is looking for a charming bed and breakfast close to everything in St Augustine.

Had a great time visiting with other guests each morning at breakfast. Breakfast is served plated (not family style) and we got a main dish (usually egg based) plus 2 muffin type goodies and one meat. Fresh orange juice, coffee, and tea were plentiful. Lovely rooms - ours had a huge comfortable king bed. EXCELLENT location - can walk to...

Stayed two nights with my adult daughter prior to a family get together. We did stay in the smallest room which was still comfortable...but who needs space in your room when you have lovely porches to hang out on and have morning coffee or afternoon wine or late night talks. Breakfasts were nothing short of AMAZING! Check in was great...

Located in the historic district. We were interested in museums, history and culture. Most everything was within walking distance for us. This was our first BnB experience and it beats hotels and motels. We will definitely go back.

We had an amazing experience at Victorian House. We originally booked an Airbnb and it was - to put it nice - unclean. Anthony accepted us last minute and was such a gem to work with. I am so so so thankful that our anniversary trip was turned from pretty terrible to great! Awesome location. Great people. Beautiful room.

My family and I booked this entire B&B for a wedding weekend and, I cannot say enough about Anthony and Marian!! They truly made us feel welcome, at home and special the whole weekend! Whatever our needs were, they were met! The breakfasts were outstanding! The front porch was FABULOUS for hanging out and visiting with the family too! This...
