Great little place. Convenient location. Well-managed. Loved the coffee bar always available, snacks and fresh cookies. Nice wine available to help yourself to in the evening. Delicious breakfast prepared and served with love! Great gluten-free options too!

My husband and I visited the Victorian House B&B over the New Year weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Marilyn & Anthony were terrific hosts. We stayed in the Marci room that had a king bed, jacuzzi tub, fireplace, TV and even a little deck out front. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and well appointed. We stayed at the Victorian House over the Christmas break. It is very close to the main historic district area and all the famous restaurants in St.Augustine. The hosts, Anthony and Marilyn, are a welcoming couple who shared a lot of information about the place with us. Anthony is a great chef who made a delicious breakfast every morning and...

My wife and I spent New Year's weekend at the Victorian House and were blown away in the best way possible. The room was extremely comfortable. And the breakfast! Anthony is THE MAN in the kitchen. I have celiac disease so I can't consume gluten. Anthony made the most delicious breakfasts I've ever had. My wife agreed, although her meals...

My wife and I spent Christmas weekend at this charming and sensational b&b. We were immediately greeted by Anthony, the owner. He opened the front door with a huge warm smile and we felt so welcomed. Everything after that was just as wonderful. Anthony mapped out the city with restaurant recommendations, asked what we wanted to do and gave us...

We were greeted by Marilyn on arrival and offered a glass of wine (gratefully accepted after a long car ride). We stayed in the Colonial room which was easily accessible on...

We were there less than 24 hours but it's a great B & B! The owners, Anthony and Marilyn, are a lovely, welcoming couple who made sure we had everything we needed. We were in the "Daisy" room which was nicely appointed and included a somewhat separate sitting area. We'll be back!

“I recommend buying trolley tickets from Anthony or Marilyn. That way, you don't have to go to a kiosk or visitor center. The trolley is the best way to learn about St Augustine's rich history while seeing the sites. ”
