The outside building needs repair. We got a room under the staircase and in front of the pool. Tons of noise. The AC Unit was old and kept coming on and off. When we arrived at 3:30 we were told our room wasn't ready and we needed to come back in 45 minutes. This after booking 3 months earlier. Would...

I always stay here when traveling to Florida. The location right off I-10 is easy to get to, and convenient. It's dependable, comfortable, and the staff is accommodating. My family takes a few of the packaged breakfast items for snacking later in the day, as we do not partake of the breakfast.

Do not stay here. It's in a somewhat rough area and there are many shady characters around the hotel. The front desk staff was neither friendly or helpful. I stay at hotels every month for work and I would not recommend this hotel. It's in a sketchy location that attracts the wrong type of people. The walls are paper thin so we could hear everything all night long. People were outside all night long and cars kept revving their engines. Plus, there's not ventilation in the room and...

Clean, safe and comfortable. This hotel is pet friendly. We found it to be clean, comfortable and quiet. The pool area restrooms were neglected, but otherwise it was fine. Nothing fancy, but safe and clean. That was all we we required. Basic hotel, friendly service. Very eager to please and work with our needs.

Needs updating. Desk clerk told us the hotel was 31 yrs. old and never updated. The carpet was awful. I would not walk on it with bare feet. Bathrooms could have been cleaner. Old, old, old. I would drive a few more miles to stay at a better place.

Don't stay here, unless you have pets and don't care how filthy the room is. We have stayed at this location before and the room was not terrible like this stay. The management has gone downhill...The cleaning staff needs to be replaced.
