Golf Course is great. T.V. didn't work, Roaches, Paper Thin Towells, Lumpy mattress, to name but a few inconveniences. Free cont. breakfast was decent. Parking situation goofy. If they charged $25-$35 per night, I wouldn't complain, but for $100.00, outrageous. No early check-in unless you "habla espanol" ... love the golf course, but will stay at the Hampton or wherever...

Like the other reviews the hotel is very outdated! My boyfriend and I were guest there for 2 very long nights for my cousins wedding that was taking place at this property. The internet pics and the initial entrance of the property is very beautiful and inviting, not to mention deceiving, very different from what you actually get! The rooms/suites...

I found my stay at Grand Palms to be relatively pleasant. My only two 'issues' would be that one of the two front desk attendants was noticeably more pleasant than the other and the presence of house keeping wasn't really felt. The property is a bit retro fitted but also has very beautiful views over the golf courses and throughout...

Spent a 4 day weekend at the Grand Palms for a guys golf trip. The room furnishings are older and outdated. Nothing special but functional. Breakfast is a little weak. We had coupons for free cold breakfast. You can pay a reasonable amount for eggs, etc... The golf course is semi private and a good deal for hotel guests. We...

Easy to find right off the highway. Great atmosphere and nice rooms. Unfortunately you can't account for the other noisy guests but that's not the hotels fault. Continental breakfast was just that. Restaurants in the area would e better to eat at.

Don't say I didn't warn you. This is the absolute worst hotel experience I have ever had. This "resort" is extremely FAR from that. I have stayed in motels that were nicer than this. The rooms are FILTHY. Our room has never been vacuumed, the shower has mold everywhere, no hot water, half of the lights didn't work, roaches everywhere,...

Stayed there with my fiance for 4 night in December of 2016. The entrance was very nice and eye catching. We checked in a little after 11pm, which went smooth. We had a hard time finding the room because of poor lighting. The room was outdated!!!! The T.V was a tube television made in the 80's and the room needs...

Like a motel. Dirty, old, loud not comfortable. I met even a homeless there. I couldn't sleep because of the bad smell and the constant noise of the air conditions. It's just beautiful outside and the golf part. Ridiculous breakfast

Cheapest place in the area for a reason. The place is old and in need of renovation. They take care of the outdoors more than the indoors. Witnessed fixing sprinkler system and plants. The carpet was old and wrinkled up. Visible paint on carpet in front of sink. Crust built up around tub drain and overflow. Think air conditioner filters...

A couple friends and myself were looking for a cheap place to crash in the middle of driving back north from Key West and we found it here. Unfortunately we did not look at any reviews before booking the room. The front desk person was not very helpful in telling us how to find our room so we walked past...
