We were in room 4135 and honestly, is was as if we were in a chair by the pool. The window and walls are so thin. You can hear every conversation, every voice, every sound, when you are in that room. Plus, it was filthy. The walls, baseboard, windows and floors are gross. I would equate this room to a...

Arrived and first room reserved had ceiling falling in on it. The hotel staff immediately accommodated us to another room. The rooms are very outdated and not clean at all. They are in the process updating but not family oriented. We drove out of parking lot and was meet with 3 strip clubs and The Coyote Ugly bar surrounded with...

This hotel was booked as a last minute get away during Fall Break. After booking I continued to find more info on this hotel, which was quite alarming. We decided to give it a shot anyway and were pleasantly surprised. We stayed in the smaller, older section on the third floor. The room was new redecorated and was clean. This...

I realize April is spring break month, which is why we booked our stay at the Boardwalk. It claimed to be family friendly and did not live up to that statement. There were young adults everywhere playing loud rap music with inappropriate lyrics for children. They were so loud in the halls we couldn't sleep. Security was present and visible...

The staff was very nice, from the people at the front desk to the housekeeping staff. The pools were pristine, the beach was one of the most beautiful I've seen, and, I've done some traveling. It was not crowded, it was free of litter and very relaxing. Not an overly indulgent type of room, but, it had what was needed,...

Don't waste your money. We arrived at 1am only to find yelling and screaming everywhere (i expected some during springbreak). What was the kicker was the teens smoking pot next door to us. Our room had the door for adjoining room and the smoke was coming into our room. Pool closed. No hot water. No wifi..The only thing that was good...

This hotel has strict spring break policies and procedures, which may be a hassle for simply an overnight guest. Check-in is not until 6 p.m. with a check-out time of 8a.m. People were coming and going at all hours of the night. It was obvious that our room had not been cleaned. Housekeeping had to make two separate visits to...

Will let you know how it goes! So far the site gives misleading pricing! Shows $109/ nite but gives a total far exceeding the $ per nite x the # of nights = It approaches 100% more than that. Even after all the fees, cleaning, taxes, resort, registration etc. The price still far exceeds the per night quote. Total price...

They made us sign a waiver saying guests not allowed after a certain time, I am a 23 year old I guess I would figure why I was charged so much but I don't even party. These spring breakers did not let us sleep at night, so MUCH noise! If you want a calm nice vacation I would recommend a...

We stayed here for 2 nights on our way home from Miami. The hotel is okay for the money, basic no frills hotel. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay but if you're looking for a more exciting resort for a longer stay I would not choose this one. It was decently clean and decently decorated. A lot...
