For starters its bike week and before i booked i made for certain i could bring a trailer, apon arriving i was told i could not bring a trailer to the parking garage. So with the owners of the condo calling the main cheese i was granted entry with a trailer, the next day at 9am we heard a loud banging on our door. So i went to see what was going on and maintenance was preping the door for paint, 2 hrs later heard one knock and maintenance made entry into our condo. This couldve went very bad but later on that afternoon the smell of epoxy paint filled the condo, this has been a vacation from hell!! They painted the door and never told us to be careful or we could get paint on us, plus the paint looked like crap. I complained to the owners but thats about as far as it got.
We loved the Shores, but didn't Love condo 325. It lacked in many little things you'd expect a condo to have. We stayed in another unit before this one and it had the feeling of home. This condo is clean, but needs a mirror in the master bedroom and needs to have beach towels and extra sheets.
Horrible. Look at this a/ c unit.A window unit put in a wall with two bowls for the condenser unit to empty water into. Who in the hell does this? I have never seen this in my life. This is a health issue as well. Water drains should go outside of the dwelling, not into bowls inside the residence. Absolutely ridiculous, A full refund is expected, and possibly hospital Bill's being paid.
Room 2029 was disgusting! We rented what was labeled the premium ocean front two bedroom condo. When we walked in there was unflushed urine in the second bathrroom, hair all over the master sink and shower, the kitchen counters were nasty feeling and the whole place had a disgusting feel. The furnishings were stained and very minimal, carpets were stained and disgusting. The balcony furniture was very uncomfortable and not a place you would want to spend a lot of time. We had to wash our own totals, as with most condos, but the washer smelled bad and the dryer door wouldn't stay close, so made drying almost impossible. I actually went and bought cleaning supplies to clean the kitchen and bathroom so that we could put our things on them, which I've never felt the need to do on any vacation before. Unacceptable, especially in the middle of a pandemic. We will definitely never be back. …
The condo we stayed in was very clean. Furnished nicely and the kitchen was well stocked with everything’s needed. The parking is HORRIBLE!!!! We were on then 12th floor and it takes a good 10-15 minutes JUST to go up and down to go anywhere…The elevators were only broken one day, but made it very inconvenient seeing as it’s a HUGE crowded resort. If you are a party person, this place is for you because the guests scream from one side to the other into the wee hours of the night..The pool is nice and they try to maintain it but everyone comes right in from the beach and washes off in it so there is sand everywhere. I gave it 3 stars simply because our unit was so nice…no bugs, or rats like I’ve seen in other reviews.
