The condo was in very poor conditions,old broken down furniture ,but the worst was walking in and finding roaches on the counter and in the sink.requester to be moved but was told they couldn't do that but they would come spray. Yuk never again!
This is our first time vacationing in Florida during October! The weather is perfect! We have stayed at Splash one time previously, years ago so we knew how great this place was for children! We rented through sterling so this was a very easy process....More
If you are not the parent/doting grandparent of a very young child or are not a very young child yourself...DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! This also applies to those who do not find absolute fulfillment in sharing a small beach with a few hundred strangers.
This is the 5th year we have stayed at the splash. Will not stay anywhere else. Family oriented and the kids love it. Will be making reservations for next year. We have always stayed in the two and three bedroom condo.
This place is amazing. Everything is clean and fresh. The check in area was great even though there were large crowds. The pool area is great for children. Will come back again.
