It was awesome being right on the beach, but that was the only awesome thing about it. Extremely dirty when we checked in- hadn't even been cleaned. The pots and pans were disgusting, the refrigerator stopped working, and the ceiling fan was broken- sending one of the blades flying, almost hitting one of our friends. The layout of the "loft"...

My family and I have been going to PCB for over 30 years and never have we been as disgusted as we were with room 122. The unit wasn't cleaned before we arrived, we had to go to the grocery and buy cleaning supplies and bug spray. We kept everything in the refrigerator including the paper and plastic ware we...

My family and I stayed in unit #315 which I found on Airbnb. The entire unit was completely updated with new appliances, linens, fresh paint & furniture!. It included everything needed to make our vacation stress free and relaxing! I was greatly impressed! Cozy, comfortable, and quiet! The outdoor pool was private and clean! The view was remarkable! We could...

We were there the first week of spring break, and even though there were a lot of people, our room was quiet, and all of the kids we ran into were extremely polite. We stayed in unit 315 - excellent renovated space with room for 7 to sleep. The view was fantastic, and the location was the best - walking...

During a prior visit to Panama City Beach, we stopped by the Ambassador Hotel to check out the rooms. They showed us suite # 224 which had recently been remodeled and looked fine although the lobby area and hall to the suite was quite gross. The website states that you cannot reserve a particular unit and all the units are...

A 2-night stay recently at the Ambassador in the heart of Panama City Beach was terrific. All we really desired of our time there was a private balcony and a clean room and we got both. Checked out the room before we checked in, our usual practice from experience. A kitchenette was put to use, had most of our meals...

We just returned from a weekend stay at the Ambassador. We travel to Panama City Beach quite often and have stayed in several places, some condos and some hotels. This was the WORST experience in a place we have ever had. When I called to book this hotel I asked them if it was clean, I did not mind it...

We just returned from a 5 night stay at the Ambassador. I was expecting an older building...but what I found when we checked in was terrible! Condo 303 had a chunk missing from the dresser...black hairs on the pillows..stains..etc. I was almost in tears. The lady at the front desk was super nice and let me see another room. It...

We were staying at the motel next door (The Flamingo) but it was booked up for the next two nights and it was a Saturday so we were running of out of choices. The rate was the same so we figured it would at least be of comparable quality. Wrong! At first glance, the room seemed okay, the view was...
