Palm Beach Gardens Marriott was definitely worth staying in during our most recent long-term trip to West Palm Beach. We usually stayed at the West Palm Beach Marriott, but this location is a must due to its most recent renovations, comfortable beds, complimentary parking, and attention to detail. Prior to our stay, we were treated quite well by both General and Front Office Manager. All of our room requests were taken into consideration and we were able to check in through the Marriott Bonvoy application with no issues. In addition, front desk team was always pleasant and willing to assist with any requests throughout the day with no issues. In regards to room type, I would highly recommend booking their one-bedroom suites (approximately 650 sq. ft.) for big families and additional space needed for a long-term stay. Even though the concierge lounge on the first floor is not available at this point due to COVID-19, MacArthur restaurant makes up for it quite nicely with a wide variety of food options for breakfast. All of the restaurant staff worked really hard during the Christmas holiday to meet guests' requests and all seemed to be pleasant and well trained in this area. A few hiccups were found in the housekeeping area, where requests through the app were not recognized or delayed, and limited services were provided due to COVID-19. Sometimes, there were a few frown faces and heavy sights noticed when requesting towels directly to housekeeping team on the floor that we were in, so there is a need for improvement in customer service within this particular team/area. Also, even though the hotel has done well in putting signs across the hotel and first floor about mask usage and COVID-19 safety measures, it would be beneficial to remind guests in advance through email and upon check in about this requirement. A few younger guests were seen freely without a mask during our stay in open areas, and this should not be overlooked. Other than those minor details, Palm Beach Gardens Marriott is a solid hotel that has improved significantly after its most recent renovation. Thank you Fletcher, Kate and all the attendants in the MacArthur restaurant for providing excellent customer service during these challenging times. We hope to be back in the near future and able to enjoy the concierge lounge and other amenities available on the property. …
We were looking for a nice hotel with a updated bathroom. We had previously stayed at Embassy Suites in July and at Doubletree in October, both off PGA blvd, and we were NOT impressed at all. So this time we tried the Marriott and it was very nice. Beautiful updated king room and updated bathroom with nice glass door shower, wood type flooring and very stylish decor. I liked the little black makeup removal towel they provided so I didn't get makeup on the white towels. Cute idea. Staff was very friendly and nice, lobby and elevators were clean. They have a grab and go area for quick drinks and snacks. Overall we were very pleased with our stay. This will definitely be our "Go To" hotel from now on when we visit. Since this was just an overnight stay for us we didn't have time to try the restaurant or other amenities but am looking forward to trying them next time we come down.…
I needed to find a hotel in WPG while visiting a friend. I’m a Platinum menu so try to stay at Marriott properties if possible. I read some poor reviews about the hotel , but noticed that most were from late 2019 or early 2020, pre renovation and pre Covid. I called the hotel and they said the hotel was completely renovated, and that the pool and gym open, and restaurant recently reopened, so I decided to book, and proved to be a good decision. The rooms were very nicely furnished. The lobby and restaurant / bar was very nice and plenty of seating. The pool was large with plenty of seating, the gym was also great with several cardio machines and some exercise machines. Breakfast was included in my rate and it a la carte off a menu with choice of eggs, pancakes, french toast. The bar was nice and had a good selection of drinks. As a platinum member of Bonvoy program I receive free Wifi, but I think non members are charged daily The front desk and F&B staff were friendly and capable. Due to the virus the hotel industry is still hurting with low occupancy, so there weren’t too many guests in the hotel, and hopefully that will improve in time. The property is right off I95 at the PGA Blvd exit so a good location if want to explore nearby Jupiter, Juno Beach.…
We stayed here for a quick weekend trip to see family. The hotel has been totally renovated. We had king room.. Amazing layout with wooden floors, a fainting couch, fridge and the shower I didnt want to get out of was like a spa after a long day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Shout out to Emmitt at Front Desk. He was so personable and nice. Made sure I had my room requests met and helped me with my odd requests for extra sheets 🙃
The hotel is undergoing a complete renovation. The rooms look better than any I’ve seen in a 3-4 star hotel. Beautiful faux wood floors. Extremely clean! This property is a great value and I will continue to return when I travel to the area. As of my stay there was still construction going on in some public areas of the hotel which wasn’t fully explained. With that said, there is a clear need for better communication from management especially when it took me multiple attempts to contact anyone.
