This hotel was well below our expectations. The room was small, everything old, low ceiling, really small bathroom… Everything really basic. The swimming pool was with freezing water. And breakfast was also very basic – perhaps good for American, but certainly very bad for European standards: very limited choice of artificial food.

Great welcoming stay , breakfast first class, overall 10 out of 10 service at reception was very helpful , booking tickets for parks in the hotel was an added bonus, plus a courtesy bus to and from Universal and Disney was a great saving on time and leaving no worry about taking your car or having to pay parking fee's

Stayed at motel for five days had a great time victor was the best he is very pleasant and was a,pleasure seeing him after a long day at the parks. Food was okay a normal contential breakfast. Only down fall pool was not open

Check in and check out was quick and easy. The free breakfast in the morning was great. The staff was polite and friendly. We stayed here overnight for a trip to Halloween Horror nights. Overall, hotel was very nice. Under renovations, but clean and nice.
