A fun girls weekend was enhanced by our stay at this Doubletree. Whether mall shopping or dining destinations, the accessibility to I-4 was convenient from this hotel. As we held tickets for an evening concert performance downtown, the shuttle service was a real plus saving us driving hassle and expense of parking.

A night in the City Beautiful is the perfect way to do a girls’ weekend away, and it’s fantastic to learn that a stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando Downtown took your weekend getaway to the next level! We’re thrilled that our close proximity to Orlando shopping and dining attractions was a great convenience and that our complimentary local...

Sorry but I usually give good ratings but this hotel is in major need of renovations. My first time at a DoubleTree and probably my last. The bathroom was dirty, walls and tub. The only good thing was the breakfast, lots of choices at the buffet and service was really good. Ohh yes thank god for the shuttle service because...

We are so saddened to learn that your first DoubleTree experience with us fell short of your expectations. At the end of 2015, we completed an update of our guest rooms, and recently renovated our pool and vending areas, which we wish had impressed you. We will make sure to share your concerns with our housekeeping department so that our...

This DoubleTree hotel is on par with other DoubleTree I have stayed at and as good as I had expected. DoubleTree is an excellent value. The rooms are clean and nicely appointed. The only issue I have with the hotel is that Amtrak comes through the city in the wee hours and according to safety regulation they sound their train...

I stayed here to attend business meetings a few blocks away. The staff are not only polite and professional but went over and above to make my accommodations and stay a delight. The shuttle was available when needed and timely. The food at dinner was delicious - had the salmon one night and the pasta the next.

Convenient location, but noisy train and highway right next door. Hotel is really dated from the 1980's. Sort of expected a nicer and cleaner hotel since it is a doubletree. Would stay closer to downtown next time and pay a little more.

Although we’re happy that our location was convenient for your Orlando trip, we regret that we did not meet your expectations. Towards the end of 2015, we completed an update of our guest rooms, and recently renovated our pool and vending areas, but we do appreciate your perspective. We really hope you’ll give us another opportunity to change your mind...

Old, dim and not clean but helpful staff. Hotel seems at least 30 years old. Noisy railroad goes right by hotel so they give you earplugs. Charge. $15/day for parking and the hotel has a dark dank feel which is a shame because the location is excellent and the staff is lovely.

Although we’re happy that our location and staff really stood out on your stay, we really wish our facilities had met your expectations. We’d like to mention that we updated our guest rooms in late 2015 added earthy tones and brushed steel finishes, for a modern look, yet relaxing ambiance, and have recently updated our pool and vending areas. The hotel is a little dated but clean and comfortable. It is located near train tracks. This did not present a problem for me but you should be aware of that before staying here. The restaurant served an exceptional breakfast. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall an exceptional stay.

A typical, good DT about a mile from the heart of downtown. A good stay, a good value, especially if you're ok driving to everywhere. Not much around within walking distance. Friendly staff and a fantastic breakfast buffet - fantastic! Great fresh fruit, naked brand juices and a good selection of hot and cold foods.

Parking was great! There's a flat fee per day for self parking with in-and-out privileges in their multi-story parking structure next to the hotel. Valet parking available too.
