The hospitality Gabriel L. exceeded all my expectations. I truly felt he was attentive to make sure my hotel needs were met. He is deserving recognition for the outstanding service he provided during my stay.
First off, amazing improvement in house keeping. We were in room 2020 at the Dolphin and our lady was AWESOME!! I was SPG Platinum this year. Our room, did have a balcony but was on the 2nd floor. We didn't use it much but we're...More
We decided to try staying on a Disney property to see if it was really all worth it. As much as we benefitted from the stay and additional park amenities the cost factor was outweighed. The staff was very efficient and accommodating especially our housekeeper...More

I highly recommend you speak with the resort or a WDW rep directly. The parks are one thing and the resort is another. If your arrangements included the resort and the patks, then you should be all set. If you just made resort arrangements, then it does not include the parks automatically. Also, you can walk to Epcot and HS or take the complimentary water taxi. There is complimentary shuttle to other WDW parks as well. The resort itself does not offer a dining plan. Yes, there is a parking fee. I think a phone call will clear things up and you will be satisfied. Best wishes.
